"Come in." A deep voice from the other side of the door said as the male continued to do his paperwork. He didn't look up from his work even when the door opened until he heard a familiar voice.

"You called for me, Father?" The girl peaked from the door which the mood of the male soon brightened up a little from working. "Kana, you're here. Come sit."

Kana smiled before entering her father's work area and took a sit at the couch. A servant poured a cup of tea and handed it towards the girl who thanked him in return.

"You can leave us, Rin." The father said as he stood up from his seat and went over to sit next to his daughter.

"Yes, sir." Once the servant had left, the calm façade on the male did a 180 switch before he went and side-hugged his daughter. "MY SWEET DAUGHTER! PAPA MISSES YOU SO MUCH!!!"

Kana could only sweat-dropped at her father's personality switch. He was only like that towards his close family. "Father, it's only been two days."

"TWO DAYS MEANS 48 HOURS! AND 48 HOURS MEAN 2880 MINUTES! 2880 MINUTES MEAN-" As the male continued to whine how lonely he was in those two days, the 25-year-old girl just gave a closed-eye smile while listening to her father.

Ichinomiya Naohiro, like all other yakuza families, he is also the head of the Ichinomiya Family. However, they are more secluded and not many people know about the family unless they have a close contact with them or work with them. For those who know about the family is that, the head is someone who is cold and brutal towards enemies and will not hesitate to take harsh actions against them. Though he has a cold look on his face towards his subordinates, he still treats them kindly, and they will follow their leader no matter what.

When it comes to his close family though, his personality will flip and he will act like a child- ahem, someone who will boast about his family.

That's why we're seeing how Naohiro is whining about missing his daughter for two days because he was outstation. It's a surprised how this 47-year-old man could be terrifying yet act child-like at the same time.

"Father, is that why you call me here?"

"OF COURSE!" He exclaimed before he took his daughter's hands in his and caressed as if it were glass. "But I also heard from Fuyu that you went to the hospital for check-up."

"Ah... You heard from Mother." Naohiro's wife and Kana's mother, Ichinomiya Fuyumi. Kana was the exact copy of her mother, from her looks to her personality. As what people say, like mother like daughter.

"I'm glad everything is going well, Kana. Remember, if there's any discomfort, don't keep it to yourself and tell us, okay?" Naohiro smiled as his eyes held nothing but affection which Kana gave a reassuring smile and squeeze on her father's hand. "Of course, Father."

"I also heard that Reina-chan wants to invite her friend over. 'Sakuragi Yaeka', was it?"

"Yeah. Can she?"

"Of course! Anything for her!" He beamed. "Maybe I can ask the young lady whether I can meet her father, too..."

Kana sweatdropped as she remembered the conversation she had with Fuma and Shiki the other day in the car. Knew it.
