Kana was walking along the streets after she had just finished with her work early, thus telling Fuma that he didn't have to bring Reina to the café and just head straight home, much to his dismay.

Kana walked with some few men following behind her due to the order from the head of Ichinomiya ever since that incident and even though they try not to let their young mistress know, she already does.

Father is too protective. She thought with a sweat-dropped. Well, it can't be help.

Now, you must be wondering, why was Kana working even though she's rich? Well, she told her parents that she wants to have some working experience like her some of her friends, and she didn't want to always rely on her parents' money. She wants to work hard for herself. And when they heard her reason, Naohiro couldn't help but cry comically. Plus, she's working at one of friend's café so her parents were relieved.

Anyways, when Kana continues to admire the street view, she saw a pair of familiar looking silhouettes walking just a few feet in front of her. She saw the young girl was showing her companion something in a book and what the male said had made the girl frowned.

Chuckling to herself, Kana decided to pick up her pace and catch up with the pair.

"Hello there, Kirishima-san, Yaeka-chan."

Kirishima was startled at the sudden presence behind him and he was about to turn and throw a fist only to realise it was just Kana.

"... Ichinomiya-san?"

To say Kana was shocked at Kirishima's action was an understatement. She could hear her heartbeat was thumping loudly and thought that she might have ended up in the hospital as of now.

Meanwhile, the men at the back nearly jumped out from their 'hiding spot' before they went back to 'hiding' when Kirishima stopped and put down his fist. They would have to see what was going to happen next.

Anyways, back to the trio.

"You scared me there, Kirishima-san." Kana gave a close-eye smile towards him. "I thought I was going to be at the hospital by now."

"I'm really sorry, Ichinomiya-san. I didn't realise you called out to me and was behind me." Kirishima bowed towards her. If anything happens to her, I'll be dead.

Yaeka didn't seem to realise what was happening but instead was surprised and really glad to see the older girl once again.

"Kana-san!"

"Hey there, Yaeka-chan. Just finished school?"

Yaeka nodded happily which Kana smiled in return. "What book are you reading there?"

The young girl's eyes gleamed before she showed her the book about Rabi-kun and Mi-chan.

As the two ladies converse, Kirishima noticed a pair from the opposite street walking out from a store into a car and he couldn't help but feel they look somewhat familiar.

His train of thoughts was cut out when he heard his name being called.

"Kirishima always couldn't get their names right." Yaeka pouted.

"Sorry, I'm really bad at remembering names."

"But you remembered mine?" Kana tilted her head in confusion.
