Meeting My New Family

Tanya and I quickly arrived in Alaska due to the speed we have as vampires as well as the boost of speed given the blessing from Artemis. When they arrived they were surrounded by 4 confused inhumanely beautiful faces. Tanya quickly explained what had happened as I took a look around at our surroundings. I noticed as I looked at the vampires I saw a glowing gold thread and whispered in my mates ear asking her what that might mean. My mate then pulled me aside and began to tell me, "I see them too, although for me the golden thread is shaped like more of a canister to fill. This is very odd I have never seen these golden threads before. Maybe we should ask Eleazar with his gift of being able to sense other vampires' gifts."

We then approached the male vampire who looked in awe and surprised as he quickly guessed what we were about to ask. He exclaimed, "I'm guessing that you wanted to ask me about your gift that you have both gained. Percy your gift is that you can strip the immortality of any vampire that you can see except for your mate who has the same type of immortality as you. Tanya you have the ability to strengthen the gift, immortality, power, and pretty much anything else you can think of, of any vampire you can see." 

Eleazar managed to leave us both speechless. 

Kate and Irina then came up to us congratulation her sister and giving me the protective sister speech, "Percy I am very happy that my sister found her mate, however I want you to know if you so much as think of hurting her I will torture you till you beg for death that your immortality will not allow." It shall suffice to say that Kate's glare was enough to scare away any and every monster I've ever faced. 

She then hugged me and promised that she would make me her best friend. Irina gave much of the same speech, although she wasn't as keen on getting closer. Carmen and Eleazar also congratulated us and before I knew it I was in the middle of a party zone Carmen and Eleazar put together. By the time I met all of them I had pulled Tanya aside and asked my gorgeous mate if she wanted to strengthen the immortality of her coven. Tanya readily agreed and by the time the party that the coven decided to throw to congratulate Tanya and I, the entire coven was just as immortal as my mate and I. 

Then the true party began. The music was amazing and the Denali coven soon realized that mine and Tanya's gift gave them the ability to enjoy food again and everything else with their bodily functions unfrozen. Everyone got drunk on wine and enjoyed the best food that the humans had to offer and this continued hour after hour, that seemed like it would never end. 

Weeks later the party finished and Tanya decided that for our first date she would take me on my first hunt. So after getting rid of the hangover from many weeks worth of alcohol, and a long hot shower, I got dressed in a black V-neck T-shirt and brown cargo pants I was ready to head out into the woods with my mate. I met Tanya downstairs to where she was dressed in a breathtakingly beautiful, baby blue blouse that seemed to float over her curves, with a pair of navy blue skinny jeans, and brown boots. 

Tanya then lead us out into the forest as she began to teach me how to hunt animals, she then began to whisper instructions into my ear, "Percy you need to tune into your senses, I want you to listen in to your surroundings, let your hearing tune in to the rustling of the trees and listen for animals moving nearby; the crunch of the grass from  listen for the rush of blood pumping through every animal in the vicinity. Now as soon as you can pinpoint exactly where your pray is rush up and grab it and hold it tight as you suck it dry" And as Tanya finished I heard the crunch of grass as a deer is eating all the different weeds in it's vicinity, as I followed the sound of it's blood pumping a steady ba-dump, ba-dump, making my mouth water as I drew near and readied myself to pounce as I creeped towards my first victim. I finished off the deer pretty fast and my mate congratulated me on my first kill. 

I turned to face my beloved as Tanya stepped closer and brought her thumb to the corner of my mouth where some remnants of my meal were about to drip down to my chin as she wiped it away stepping closer. My immortal heart, began to flutter with lust as she brought her thumb away from my mouth where she had just cleaned the remnants of the deer, and she then went as far as putting it in her mouth and moaning as she sucked the blood off of her finger until I couldn't take it anymore. I secured my hand on her hips as I slammed her into a nearby tree kissing her lips roughly getting lost in what I had just done my hand roamed her body as I sucked on her lips as she gasped against my lips. 

As I began to shove my tongue into her mouth a very awkward cough could be heard and we both whipped our heads around to see a vampire with amber eyes that looked the same as ours, Tanya exclaimed, "Edward what are you doing here has something happened to Carlisle? Why didn't you go to the house rather than come here? I'm with my mate right now you do know you just interrupted our first date right?!" My lover grew angrier as she questioned the veggie vamp, as her voice could probably be heard all the way back in New York by the time she finished her rant. The boy who had just been identified as Edward opened his mouth to explain himself as Tanya took a swing at his jaw effectively closing it for him. She must have been incredibly frustrated by the interruption as the smack of a fist meeting skin echoed around the forest.
