"SAM!!" Penny shouted as she went closer to him. He smiled as he looked at her.
"Penny." He said with a smile as he held her tightly. His parrents soon rushing in to see what all the commotion was about.
"Oh Sam sweetheart your alright." His mother spoke as she held him close, and his father did too. Before they both let go. Leaving Penny to go hug him again. This time by the neck and shoulders.
"You scared me shitless Sam." Penny spoke as Sam looked at her.
"I'm sorry." Sam spoke as Penny kissed his cheek.
"I am glad your alright Sam." Ellie spoke.
"I just don't understand why he would be knocked out for so long." Arnold spoke as the door was knocked. Elvis got it as the police walked inside and arrested the woman.
"Byebye, see you never again." Elvis spoke as Ellie and the others chuckled.
"Sam? What's wrong?" Penny spoke as she let go of him.
"I feel funny. Funny little movement in my chest." Sam spoke as she looked confused.
"That isn't possible Sam, don't play jokes with me." Penny spoke as Sam shook his head.
"I still feel funny, I not joking Penny." Sam spoke as she burried her face in his chest. Holding him close as she felt the heartbeat.
"But... how?" She spoke as Sam shook his head.
"What's wrong Penny?" Elvis asked as she looked at them.
"Sam has a beating heart." She spoke.
"That's not possible." Arnold spoke.
"I'm with Arnold on this one." Ellie spoke as Penny shook her head at them both.
"Beating heart? What's that?" Sam asked as Penny laughed.
"It's that funny feeling you are feeling in your chest. All humans have a heart." Penny spoke as Sam shook his head.
"But I'm not human." Sam spoke.
"It seems you are now, somehow." Penny spoke as she looked into his eyes. Hugging him as his parrents did the same, and so did the rest of the team.
"I'm like you all?" Sam asked as Penny nodded. Still holding him close as he kissed her forehead and used an open hand to ruffle her hair. Penny giggled as Sam smiled. Happy that he was finally what he always wanted to be.
