Powers: Plant powers: She can grow vines and any other plant she wants from the ground but this power doesn't work in dry places like the desert or cold places.
Mana powers: She can use her mana to shoot energy blasts at people but the less energy she has, the weaker her mana powers are. She can also shape things with her mana powers but it takes a lot out of her.
Weakness: She can't hold a lot with her mana abilities and it takes a lot of her focus to use them. She can strain herself if she's holding something heavy with her mana powers for too long. Her plant abilities also tend to act with her emotions so sometimes it's hard for her to control them. Due to her not liking to use her plant abilities much, she has a lot to learn on how to control it. She can never use both of her abilities at once or else it could cause serious damage to herself.

Funfacts: • Never knew her dad. • Her birthday is on Halloween. • She has a lot of dirt stained clothes because of gardening. • She hand makes all of her patches in symbolism of her friends. • Lives in a small house connected to a greenhouse. • Changed her hero name to Sage shortly after the end of season 1, wanting to accept the plant powers she has. • She has small pouches on her belt that holds different kinds of plant seeds to help her in battle.
Backstory:
Benjamin Raven is Pamela aka Poison Ivy's boyfriend that died from the car crash due to the fungus spores. Pamela found out she was pregnant a few weeks after his death. She decided to keep the baby and do her best to raise it, even with her mood swings and her new plant manipulation powers.
When Leilani was born, that's when Pamela had created Eden and raised her for majority of her childhood there, that was until she was ran out of her island and went back to Gotham. Leilani started to get sick which made Pamela worried, thinking that her daughter didn't inherit the immunity of toxins and poisons from plants. Since Leilani grew up around those kinds of plants, that was the only thing Pamela could think of.
Pamela took Leilani to some people she knew, trying to convince them to help her daughter have the immunity she did to poisons. So the scientists did their best to help Leilani. To try and help Leilani, they activated her meta-gene, not knowing how it would activate another meta-gene inside of her that caused her to gain another power.
Leilani started to get better but then that's when Pamela noticed how Leilani started to show signs of having powers. She was excited, since her daughter had plant powers like her but then saw how she had energy like beams as well. When she went back to the scientists to talk about it, that's when they realized they unlocked another power gene she had inside of her. Though she did her best to help Leilani with her powers and raise her to control her powers.
Growing up, Leilani loved watching the hero's on TV. She admired the hero's, even though she knew how her mother was a villain, that didn't change her opinion. She wanted to grow up and help people just like the hero's did but Pamela didn't want her to. She didn't want her daughter to be a hero or a villain, just wanting her to be safe. So when Pamela heard how her daughter wanted to be a hero, they argued about it constantly.
One day, Leilani was on her way home from a friends house and got caught in the middle of a fight between some bad guys against Batman, Black Canary, and Green Arrow. Leilani was trying her best to get to a safe spot but saw Black Canary almost got ambushed, Leilani panicked and shot energy beams at the villain which made the three hero's shocked. Black Canary saw how scared Leilani was and wanted to help her. So the three hero's talked and agreed that if Leilani wanted to, Black Canary could take her under her wing. Leilani agreed and Black Canary started to train her to help her control her powers better and how to fight.
Leilani tried to keep being Black Canary's sidekick a secret but Pamela found out which made her angry. They argued about Leilani being a hero and how Pamela didn't like the idea but Leilani continued to do so even against Pamela's wishes. Pamela soon gave in and just let Leilani become a hero, thinking that Leilani will see how hard that life is and give up the life.
