The Vixen and the Bird

(  It has been a few days since the battle between the dark Digimon against Rika, Elisa, and their digimon partners. Since then,  The Decepticons have been researching anything they can regarding the digimon. This gave the Autobots more time to acquire energon from the mines that they had located. However, they still kept their eyes and ears out for anything related to the digimon. Their luck had seemed to shine on them for they were able to acquire some more members in the forms of  Autobots sideswipe Elita one, Ultra Magnus, and Strongarm)

" ( Looks at an alert on the main screen and watches as Folwer appears on screen). Agent Fowler, what seems to be the problem?" Asked  Ratchet. " ( Looks away from the screen and then looks back at the screen). I'm not supposed to tell you this. But,  my boys and I are currently transporting a device that is meant to lure in  Digimon. The plan was going accordingly until the  Decepticon and a group of winged bird-like things attacked both me and the boys plus each other.  I can only assume that the decepticons want this device in order to help study the digimon. While these bird-like things want to destroy it." Said  Fowler. " Of course, they want to destroy it. You've basically created a digimon lure. Something that has agitated them. " We can deal with the cons but the digimon are a different story." Said  Arcee as the autobots ran through Groundbridge.

( Over With Fowler and his men)

" ( Looks behind him while sitting in the passenger and spots four bird-like demons diving at him and his convoy). Eyes up boys, we got company. Get on the heavy artillery and keep them off us." Said  Fowler as he watched a portal opened with the autobots quickly engaging the Decepticons. " ( Looks at the convoy being attacked by the bird-like digimon). Well, this should be fun. ( Looks at  Rika). so mom, am I doing this as me or digi me?" Asked  Elisa. " Digi you, myself, and Renamon will be running alongside the convoy. ( Watches as Elisa changes into her volpmon form). Don't worry about your digivice. It'll dissapeare while you're in your volp form. Now let's get down there so we can get rid of those harpies." Said  Rika as she digi-modified Renamon into  Kyubimon and then jumped onto  Kyubimons back as they then ran after Volpmon and  Dark Renamon. 

 " ( Looks to his left and spots  Dark  Renamon and then alerts Fowler). Sir, we've got company on the left flank. It's the same group from a few days ago. Shall we engage?" Asked the soldier that was driving Humv.  " ( Looks to the left side to spot Rika riding on Kyubimon with Volpmon and  Dark  Renamon running in front of them). No, they are to be prioritized as allies for now. we will wait and see if they are more of a threat than the other creatures." Said  Fowler while missing the glare that  Rika, Kyubimon, and Dark Renamon had on their faces.

" ( Jumps on top of the Humv that Fowler was inside and draws her Crystal blade). Sweet, I get to slice some birdies." Said  Volpmpn as she slashed at the Wind Seeker attacks that the Harpymons were throwing at her while  Dark Renamon did the same using her obsidian blades.

"( Watches the fight while firing multiple fox tail infernos at any Harpymon that tried to get away). Those two have improved since e last time.  their already at the level we were when we got that strong. " Said Kyubimon. " Which begs the question as to when we will see another digivolution from Rela. She's already gotten the needed data for it. Now all she needs it for  Volp to do her thing." Said  Rika as to keep who volpmon is hidden. " Very true, but as long as we're there with them. They will have nothing to fear. It's when we are unable to assist them that worries me."Said  Kyubimon.

" ( Blocks two more Windseekers and redirects them back at the Harpymons that threw them). My turn now. ( Cups her hands together as a blue aura sphere begins to form in her hands). Winter Sphere." Said  Volpmon as he throws a dark blue sphere at five of the ten remaining Harpymons. " My turn now. ( Copies  Volpmon but has a dark red sphere form in her hands ). Chaos Sphere." Said  Dark Renemon as she throws the dark red sphere at the remaining five harpy Digimon before then jumping off the Humv she was standing on with  Volpmon doing the same. " (  Looks at the battle between the autobots and  Deceptions and then throws a crystal arrowhead at  Soundwave who had decided to swap places with Knock out for the current mission). Ok then, let's get out of here before Megs spots us." Said  Volpmon as she, Dark Renamon, Rika, and  Kyubimon quickly ran off with  Rika still on Kyubimons back not noticing that Volpmons crystal arrow had forced the decepticons to retreat due to it piercing soundwaves head.

" ( Watches the  Decepticons retreat through their groundbridge and then walks over to the dead body of  Soundwave).  where in the world did she throw that from?" Asked  Sideswipe. " Easy actually. I just spotted them running off in a different direction from the military convoy and since there are no more of those bird digimon. My guess is that her group handled the birds and then she threw that as a way of helping us." Said Strongarm. " (Looks at  Arcee). We'll run into her again soon  Arcee, don't worry. For now, let's head home." Said Elita as team Prime returned to base through their groundbridge curtesy of  Ratchet.
