Classes were pretty short and school was over. You were now going to officially spend a real day with your squad. You all decided to go to the park, then do whatever you came across. You all finally got to the nearby park and that's where all the real fun began.
You payed tag, talked, and were now getting ice cream at the ice cream van. Deku, Tsu, Uraraka and Iida already got theirs and were now waiting for you and Todoroki on the blanket you all brought. When the ice cream server finishes making your ice creams, you look in your purse and noticed you didn't have your wallet with you. Todoroki grabbed the ice creams and looked at you.
"Something wrong, Y/N?" He asked.
"Yeah...I forgot my wallet at the dorms so I can't pay for the ice cream." You reply.
"I can pay for yours." He says and you look up at him.
"No it's no big deal, it's just ice cream, you don't have to." You say shaking your head.
"No I insist. Plus, I brought some extra money anyway." He says as he hands the ice cream person the money.
"Thanks, Todoroki. I really appreciate you doing this for me." You reply as he hands you the ice cream.
You both start walking back to the others when you hear something big in the bushes coming your way.
"Todoroki, we need to get the others and leave! Like, now!" You say as you take his hand and start running.
"What? Why?" Todoroki says as he finally catches his balance and runs beside you.
"I heard something in the bushes, and I know for a fact it was not an animal." You say, still running.
"How do you know that?" He asks as you get closer to the spot your friends were at.
"My quirk, I heard something in the bushes and I knew it couldn't be any animals. There are too many people for animals to be comfortable here." You reply as you finally reach Deku, Uraraka, Tsu, and Iida.
"We need to get out of-" You start saying when a shadow looms over you, you gulp and look at your friends, they have a terrified expression which can only mean one thing...the creature in the bushes found you.
You look at Todoroki, who was, you think, in his thoughts, coming up with a plan to get us out of here. A couple minutes later you see him quietly pull out his phone and enter Endeavors number. He texts him his location and that a villain was probably here. You were lucky no one was here at the moment so they couldn't get hurt. You stay still and look at the others and slowly turn around, your eyes widening as you see a Nomu standing right above you, ready to strike at any moment.
'I remember hearing someone say that only Shigaraki could control the Nomu, so does that mean he is here now?' You think to yourself as you turn to Todoroki who was looking at his phone seeing if Endeavor would arrive soon.
"Todoroki," You whisper, "if a Nomu is here, does that mean more villains are here? I mean they are the only ones who can control the Nomu."
He looks at you and nods his head. You gulp and hold your breath hoping the heroes will get here soon. You look back at Todoroki and see a slight grin spread across his face. He looks at you and slightly turns the phone so you can see it. You see a message...from Endeavor. He is on his way.
"Tell him it's a Nomu and the LOV is probably nearby. He needs to know what he's dealing with." You whisper again and he nods in response sending another message. He looks back at you and nods, saying he read it.
"The heroes are on their way." You whisper to the others and they nod, not caring to hide how relieved they are.
A couple minutes later the heroes arrive, and that's when the fight begins. The Nomu finally decides to move and was about to grab you when Todoroki pushes you out of the way. You and the rest of the Dekusquad run to a corner not far away, not wanting to lead the Nomu out of the park but not wanting to stay too close to it.
Alright so, I don't really know how to explain battles, sorry about that so...after the battle
The battle ended in victory for the heroes. The Nomu was put into a special building made for the Nomus so they don't escape. You walk out from where you and the others were hiding and walk over to the pros. "Thank you for saving us." You say as you bow down.
"Don't worry about it!" Midnight responds walking up to the front, "After all, it is our job to protect!"
You get up and smile, "Well, the others and I should probably head back to UA." You respond as you wave goodbye and walk to the others.
"Come on, let's go before anything else comes." You say as you all start walking back to the safety of your dorm...or so you thought.
