The next few days went as such:

Wake up, plan the festival, go (out if time), go to bed.

But today was finally the day they had all been waiting for, the royals were coming to

earth for their peace talks, they happen every few months or when they were needed. But Elliot had been told this was just annual.

With so many royals coming she was forced to dress a bit nicer for the occasion, in a full length dress dark green in color, had a low neckline and sleeves that flared at her elbow. her hair had been styled half up half down and one of her fancy crowns had been placed on top.

She now made her way to the space shuttles, when all the royals from their planets and kingdoms came, the royal court room was not big enough for the amount of people it needed to seat. So they would take a quick flight to the moon to have more space in the intergalactic court house.

Most royals would stay on their ships during the night and for meals unless invited to earth for a party or meal. Some royals just over all enjoyed how old school earth was and would go down and visit on their own time. Earth had almost no modern tech insight. Sure on earth we still have the tech in places where it was needed but rather than using cars or hover vehicles we used horses and things with no motor.

After the beautiful trip through the stars to the moon, her and her parents and sister left the shuttle and made their way to the court house. They would be the first there in order to greet the royals, Fran and Elliot had a tendency to keep quiet unless spoken to.

One by one different royals would enter the court house. Most blended together but a few had always stood out to Elliot for various reasons.

The first planet that stood out was the planet Lithra, a planet full of bug and plant people ruled by Bud a tree king, lIthra had all sorts of shops and places as well as beautiful floating islands above the main land. Throughout all seasons it is beautiful, but currently in spring the odd and amazing flowers are beginning to bloom. Both the king and his people had a way with magic and healing and were overall a kind and wise people.

The planet Octotopia was also one of Elliot's favorites, filled with oceans, and little land. Their capital and castle were the only things that were put on the land; the rest of it was used for farming due to its fertile soil. The rest of their cities and people were in many large pods under the waters. Though some citizens could inhabit the ocean without oxygen and simply lived on the ocean floor. There were two rulers, one a human queen named Opal who tended to the land and air cities and the other queen Nori who took care of the undersea and made sure trades got to their shipping ports.

Planet Kithorine was interesting not for the planet itself but for the queen who ruled it. She had been made ruler at the age of 13, after her fathers death. Not much is known about the queen Aelita, but it was known that she almost single handedly took her broken world and turned it into a thriving, living planet. Her planet had been turned to ruin by her father who had caused most wars between people and killed himself before being put on trial.

Another big one was Gnora, ruled by the human Shaw. His world was thought to be a melting pot of all the planets and was very high tech (They provided tech for the rest of the solar system). The sky's were always dark and probably full of pollution; the only semi-nice spot on the planet was the castle and space ports because that was the only place other royals would see in person if they visited. The rest of the cities were mistreated and ignored and the people tend to be rude, dirty, cold and greedy. Then again who could blame them? The only real hope was the king's son Oliver but Elliot didn't know much about him for all she knew he could be just as greedy as his father.

None of that matters at the moment though, she would not be meeting him for a long long time.

"Elliot!" her sister nudged her arm, whisper-shouting.

Elliot jumped at the sudden contact, she must have zoned out because everyone was filling out of the court house.

"Is it over already?" Elliot looked up at her sister in confusion.

"It lasted for five hours Elliot," Fran looked at her dumbfounded.

Elliot just hummed happily and began to board the ship with the rest of her family.

"So is that it?" Elliot asked her mother.

"No, we have one more meeting for tomorrow, then we give out the invites for the spring festival!" her mother smiled at her.

The next day went the same as the first although it was sadly raining, meaning most of the royals wouldn't say an extra day to visit earth. But that only meant they would have more time to prepare for the Festival. Shay also seemed out of sorts that day and had made sure she was 110% okay before leaving on the shuttle. But nevertheless she was excited to get back to Festival planning.

Today she was determined to pay a little more attention in court, if she had any hope of being a good queen she would need to listen but peace talks seemed to be going nicely other then king Shaw's normal high demands that would never be met. That man always wanted something; he always had an angle or a scheme.

Elliot's excitement began to build as they got closer to the end of the meeting, the invites would be handed out, and all of Shays and Elliots hard work would be enjoyed and savored! But when the king stood, both Fran and her mother looked as though they were at a funeral.

How could they both look so down? The spring festival was her mother's favorite and the guards got to do a march which Fran would always ask to lead.

"Order order!" the king began, "I would like to first off thank everyone for coming and participating in this court meeting!" he raised his arms and began to clap.

"On a different note, I would like to bring attention to Princess Elliot," he gestured toward the young girl who sat up with much pride.

"As many would know she will soon be turning 18 and will become the ruler of earth," she turned back to the crowd,

Elliot was confused; what did this have to do with the festival?

"Although I do believe she will be a grand ruler, I would think she would need some help, so I invite all the kingdoms and empires with eligible partners to join us on earth for competitions to win the princess hand!" The courthouse erupted with whispers and some cheers.

"These challenges will accompany the spring festival, it should also be known that the kingdom that does win will be rewarded with a special alliance with earth. That will be all. Invites will be given to those who we see fit on the way out, go in peace and prosperity!"

"PEACE AND PROSPERITY!" the crowd chanted back before exciting.

Elliot didn't say a word she didn't look up or move. She felt like a statue, like she was cemented to her small throne. At one point or another she would have to be married. Not only married but to a complete stranger.
