Aaliyahs POV

I woke up late the next morning wrapped tightly in Ryans arms. Memories of the night before running through my mind until a certain one popped up.

I love you Ryan Upchurch

The thought of those words coming out of my mouth scared me. But I was more scared that he remembered me saying them

"Baby whats wrong? You're breathing heavy." He said from behind me.

"Nothing I'm fine. A bad dream." I lied. "What happened last night?" I questioned. He paused for a couple minutes.

"I think we danced around for a bit but I don't remember much else." He said as he slowly released me from his arms. Okay great he doesn't remember. Im safe.

I slowly got up and went to the bathroom to get ready for the day. I fixed my hair and went back to the room to change. I watched as Ryan started getting ready through the mirror.

Ryans POV

I remembered everything she said to me last night. But if she doesn't remember her I don't want to freak her out. So i decided today I'll keep my mouth shut. I got up and threw on some jeans and a shirt before noticing the way she was staring at me.

"What?" I asked as I threw a grin toward her.

"Huh? What? Nothing." She said as she looked away.

"You're looking at me like ya love me or something." I said, not thinking as her eyes widened in panic.

"You fucking remember?! Fuck. Is it bad I meant it?" She asked. I rushed to her side to comfort her for a moment before replying.

"I'm sorry. I didn't know you remembered. Listen to me.. its not a bad thing baby. If thats how you feel then its how you feel. Sure its fast but its our relationship. No one elses. It can go as slow or quick as we want it. I meant it when I said it back to you." I replied.

"You promise? You're not just saying that to keep me sane?" She asked as she took a deep breath.

"I cross my heart." I said as I drew an X on my chest with my finger. I watched as she looked into my eyes, showing a softness in her gaze with a feeling of relief.

"If it's to fast Ryan we don't have to say it." She whispered.

"If its to fast for you then we won't. Just go with the flow. Say it when you feel it. When the moment just feels perfect. Lets leave it at that." I replied. She nodded as she finished getting ready and I stepped out of the room. Maybe 10 minutes later she appeared in the kitchen with a smile plastered on her face.

"So whats the plans for the day?" She asked.

"Whatever you want to do." I replied.

"Another drive?" She asked.

"Anything you're little heart desires." I said.

"Anything?" She asked. I looked up at her and saw the grin on her face knowing I might be in trouble.

"Oh God. What is it?" I asked.
