6. Deserved it

Ayan's POV

The teacher greeted me warmly and after i introduced myself to the sports club, the students greeted me very happily.

Everything seemed to go well until one thing happened.

The sports teacher, an older man with a big belly, explained me that i could choose my sport.

The only thing i can't do is sit around lazily. But before the sports lessons started, we were allowed to watch the basketball game of ours and the parallel class.

But since i never liked sport much and i could hardly see anything because of all the girls standing around the field, i decided to wait somewhere else until the game was over.

I took my water bottle, stopped briefly to drink water when i suddenly developed a cough and accidentally spilled my water. Unfortunately directly on one of the players, who landed because of a foul, right in front of my feet.

The player jumped up immediately, grabbed me by the collar and pushed me hard backwards, resulting myself to fall on the ground.

Then the player bent over to my level and sparkled angrily at me. "Are you tired of living? What the hell was that?" The player shouted.

"I'm, I'm sorry. It was an accident. I suddenly had a cough and spilled the water accidentally." I replied, startled and stuttering.

Akk's POV

I was going towards the library to deliver some books thats when I saw Ayan in the middle of the play ground,

seems like it's his first day here, I stopped there to observe him from a far, I knew I dont have to do that but I felt an urge to that.

While I was trapped in the sight infront of me , I saw a guy himself fell down infront of Ayan and started blaming him.

I thought he would defend himself but the boy who fell down didn't let Ayan say what his side, I wanted to stand for him by his side,

I started to walk towards him, Suddenly the guy who fell hardly slapped Ayan , I stopped on my way,

for an unknown reason my whole body started to tremble, I felt extremely angry towards that guy, I wanted to punch him right on face, I was completely loosing control.

I hurriedly approached Ayan, his face showed no emotions, a slight red scar in his right chin was visible,

even after seeing me he showed no reaction at all, that made me feel a sharp pain in my heart,

All of a sudden his friends with Thua approached him, I saw him hugging thua, I saw his tears falling one by one.

I didnt like it even a bit, not even ones he hugged me like that, I approached him first but ,

I was boiling in anger that's when I realised how I have been behaving towards him lately, I deserve it but I couldn't handle it, I felt numb, I wanted to be the person who comfort him but am standing here alone without being able to do anything,

I realized Ayan is no more a friend to me he was more than that , I could never see him suffering, i couldn't see him cry, i felt each and every pain he felt.

When he behaved in such way I felt a sharp pain in my chest as if someone stitching me alive. I hated it

I am not going to waste my time anymore,
"Aye, wait for me, I'll make it up for what i did"
