Chapter 24

Winnie's POV

"What happened to Justice?"
Cain looks at Abel, He looks nervous.
"It was after you left, After I chose Trinity; Justice told me if I didn't choose you or get you back, He would leave and of course I was stubborn and chose to ignore him so when Trinity left me, Justice did too."

I gasp as I am brought back to the moment where the Moon Goddess gave me the dream about my family with Justice and Legend and I feel myself start to tear up, I can tell Liberty broke through and she was sad that Justice was gone. She loved both of the brothers as did I.

"Winnie?"
I snap out of my trance as I have to fight Liberty for control, Which is a key sign that she is upset. She never fights me.
"Winnie."
I finally gain back control and see Cain in front of me, grabbing my shoulders. I step back to put space between us all and take a deep breath before talking.
"We have to get him back."

It's been weeks, I've been trying to contact Justice with the Moon Goddess's help. It wasn't working. We haven't been able to reach him at all. I am officially worried.

On the plus side, I have noticed that Cain and Abel have given me the space I've asked for and I think I'm starting to trust them again, I forgot how much I've missed being with him.

Though, I still miss Liam and Max but I know they have their lives and they seem happy. Max and his new mate have been doing well. Cassie and Sebastian are trying for a child and Liam has stayed single as far as I know.

It's been a long day already, I have been helping Quinton with orders all day and I'm extremely tired, I need a nap.

I go to my room as Legend and Justine are with their dad's. Cain and Abel told me they wanted some time to bond with their kids. So this gives me the perfect opportunity to take a nap.

I tuck myself into bed as I close my eyes. I pull the covers over my body and soon enough, I'm asleep.

Yes?
It's me, Selene. I can help you with Justice.
Really?
I can bring him back.
What do I have to do? Liberty needs Justice back and I do miss him.
All you have to do is forgive and mate Cain and Abel.

I shoot up as I jolt awake. Well that's easy enough. Right? I mean they are better and they have been trying to bond with Justine and Legend.

I think I can forgive them finally. Liberty needs her mates and I didn't realize till now how much I truly miss them both and how they made me feel.

It's time to forgive them, I'm doing this for Liberty.

"Winnie, Don't do it."
"Liberty, You'll get Justice back."
"At your expense, No."
"Liberty, You want Justice right?"
"...More than ever" .
"Then you shall have him back."

I ignore the rest of her protests, I'm set on my mission to get Justice back for Liberty.

I shake my head to get rid of the dazed feeling. That happens a lot when I zone out to talk to Liberty, I think it happens to all wolves.

I do vividly remember the Moon Goddess saying that she will give me the power to see everybody's true intention once I forgave Cain and Abel.
