I have no excuse for writing this and I know that some scenes were triggering. But as someone who wants everyone to know that S/A is a very serious matter, I had no choice. I noticed an increase in fascination and romanticization of the heinous act not only on Wattpad but also on traditionally published works.
Romanticizing S/A is an insult to those who experienced it and to those families who lost their loved ones because of S/A. It is a knife to those who survived and are still plagued by the memories of their attack.
We can create a world where readers can escape into, but please, let's be mindful. The younger generations are now thinking that S/A is sweet.
I hope you learned something
It's not only the victims that suffer but those around them too.
❤️There will be a sequel to this story because I want to give the other Lyli a happy ending. A sort of happy ending in a dystopian world.🤔
