Hello again. Right now Marin is just walking around her den, probably observing what it looks like outside.
Marin never left the house much, this is probably her second or third time.
"I'm finally away from those two brats," She mutters to herself. "I'd give away my entire life just to be away from them."
She thought, I should've told them I'd be back by tomorrow.
Marin looks around and pads away faster.
Oops, I gotta hurry up if I want to see what happens.
Marin slowly looks around as she pads farther and farther away from her den. She wondered where Lily always went since she was gone far longer than Marin thought she did.
Then, she saw it. She saw Lily's paw-print on the ground, silently looking back at her. She didn't care that it was raining, but she cared that the prints would wash away because of the rain.
She immediately started running, running toward the paw-print, and following the paw-print, wondering where it went.
"Lily should've been more careful," She smirked. "Now I can know everything about her and her secret life."
Not that Marin thought Lily had a secret life. It's just because Lily went out more than she did, and Marin always wondered why.
Maybe she's hiding something.
Or...She just wanted to get away from Marin and Dakota.
After a long while, the paw prints come to an end.
"That's not possible!" Marin says. "It hasn't led anywhere yet."
"You seem to be looking for something," A voice tells her from behind.
Marin turns around to adjust what the cat who just spoke to her looked like.
Siamese, with big blue eyes. He or she looks so...sticky looking. With his or her fur stuck onto his or her back as if someone glued it.
"What do you want?" Marin asks the Siamese.
"Nothing," The Siamese says. "I just asked if you were looking for something."
"Who are you?" Marin asks, sending another one of her famous death glares.
"Oh, right. My name is Okla." The Siamese introduces herself. She takes a little bow. "And you?"
"Marin," Marin says. "Why were you following me?"
"I wasn't-" Okla starts.
"Don't lie," Marin interrupts. "You think I didn't hear your stupid padding following me as I followed my sister's paw-prints? How low of you."
Oh, wow. I didn't hear Okla. I must be a really bad listener.
"You weren't supposed to hear me!" Okla snaps. "Are you always like this? So cold and icy?"
"Yes, if you haven't seen," Marin tells her flatly. "I'm not the kind of cat you're looking for if you were looking for a cat."
"Professor said you," Okla protests. Then immediately covers her mouth.
"You just said something you shouldn't have," Marin observes. "What professor?"
"None of your business," Okla snaps.
"Answer my question," Marin demands, sending her another death glare.
"Or else what?" Okla asks. "You can't do anything to me. Admit it."
