Mother's Day special!

Art above is not mine it belongs to the rightful owner! Love king boo and the boos together! And if anyone is confused on this special chapter, this takes part in the storyline further on in the future were Ember and King boo are officially together and such so if anyone gets confused that's why!

It was like any other day in the mushroom kingdom. Flowers and cards were being bought and given to loving mothers and all, Hell, even in boo lake that can occur!

It was just a normal relaxing day for Ember. It was unusually quiet in the mansion today, All the boos would be out and about doing whatever they please, but it seems none were out today, she can't even seem to find her partner king boo at all either, "you know for a Tuesday it's unusually quiet here" Ember states as she was making her way to the library to go switch out a book she just finished reading when she heard noises in the closed off room next to the library, That room is known as the Den of the house with a large fireplace and a comfy couch as well as bookshelves filled with books and trinkets old as time, it was a nice please honestly even during the winter time. "Odd? Not many boos go in there unless I'm in there" Ember says walking over to the door as she opens it peeking inside seeing all the boos as well as King boo there as some of the boos disappear as King boo stands there started, "oh! Hello dear~ something troubling you?" King boo says floating over taking ahold of Embers cheek smiling, a couple of the boos instantly float over nuzzling up to Ember immediately as she begins her fit of giggles, "oh no no! Nothing at all! It was odd for a moment how quiet the mansion was today, did I interrupt something?" Ember asks looking up at her lover smiling, "not at all my dear , I was actually coming to find you myself" King boo says smirking kissing the top of her head as it left a small chill down her spine as she giggles, "oh really?" Ember says smiling as a couple boos give her a couple flowers they have went to pick aas she smiles taking them petting the boos on their head, "yes actually, how would you like to accompany me to the dining hall for a moment? There is something there I wish to show you" King boo says smiling holding onto Ember gently, "hmm I guess the trip to the library can wait then" Ember says setting the book down on the end table as she smiles up at her partner as they made there way to the dining hall.

Ember smiles as she took note of the colored flowers filled in the vases as she walked past, an assortment of purple tulips, daffodils,  yellow roses as well as pink carnations, Ember looks confused seeing them as she turns to king boo, "has there always been flowers in the vases before? I haven't seen them before" Ember asks confused as king boo smiles, "well, I thought today will be a special day to add them I guess" King boo says holding her hand more as they entered the dining hall, displayed on the table was an assortment of the same flowers as well as small gift on the table taking Ember by surprised, "what is all this?" Ember says confused as a few boos appear happily wearing little bow ties as the all cackle, "happy Mothers day!" Happy mama's day!" A few boos chant to Ember leaving Ember all confused turning to king boo as he stands there smiling, " The boos all came to tell me they wanted to surprise you for This holiday today, so with some help and preparation,  I helped the boos set up today" King boo says walking over holding Embers cheek again looking at her. Ember stands there flustered as she turns to all the boos, "Y-You all pretray me as a mother figure to you all?" Ember asks them looking at them all surprised as they all nod happily floating to her nuzzling her like crazy, Ember giggles happily as she hugs each one happily,  "I'm happy to be that mom figure to you all thank you my little ones" Ember says tears perking in her eyes as she carefully wipes them away smiling more, "when did these feels occur though? I've only been here for a couple months now" Ember asks confused looking at King boo as he smiles walking over, "they told me since the first day we met and you first came to the mansion" King boo says smiling carefully pulling Ember close to him gently as she looks at all the boos as she smiles more, "I feel honored then" Ember says smiling looking at everyone as they all cackle in glee as they nuzzle up to Ember more. " Now a couple of the cheats decided to surprise you with a lunch apparently,  they know this holiday more then I do it seems so I'm letting them enjoy this too " King boo says Kissing Embers cheek gently as he leads her to a chair for her to sit.

~A few hours later in the evening~

Ember was reading a book to the boos who where all curled up around her as she hears the door open and close quietly as she peeks seeing her lover walk in as she smiles, "your a little late to the slumber party but I'll let this slide tonight" Ember whispers quietly enough for king boo to hear as he smiles bending down planting a soft kiss to her lips, "good thing I'm here then~" King boo cackles quietly as she giggles quietly. "Today was amazing, I've never thought I would be sending Mothers Day with ones I care about the most" Ember says smiling gently still whispering as King boo smiles back, "I'm glad you did my dear~ Happy Mothers day to you~" King boo says as he kisses Ember again softly holding her cheek as she kisses back smiling.

She finally has a family to spend this holiday with.
