   There it came. The issue that Felix nor Hyunjin wanted to face.

    They didn't want to face the ton and their prying and judging eyes. While most of the ton were of newer generation and were accepting, there were still those who opposed such things like two people of the same gender loving each other or worse two people who were of different social status.

  "Perhaps we should just face it, let the ton and everyone know that we are together," Felix said.

  "No, not while you are being targeted by that group," Hyunjin stated.

   "I do not wish to hide the fact that I love you because of people targeting me,"

   Hyunjin sighed, "And I do not wish for you to be harmed because of our love. I much rather hide you away forever if it meant you would be safe,"

   Felix pouted.

  "My prince, you mean the stars, the moon, the sun, and the earth to me and I do not wish to see you hurt. So please,  my brightest star, let us wait until the group targeting you has been found,"

   Felix hated Hyunjin with a burning passion.

  He hated how good the older male was with words, he hated how he so easily caved when Hyunjin said just the right words.

     "Very well, we will do it your way, but this means that you have to take me to the soirée tonight," Felix stated.

   "Why must I?" Hyunjin questioned.

   "Because I am still out in society and I have missed the last, and as far as the ton knows no eligible bachelors or bachelorettes are courting me, therefore I cannot hide away or someone may think something of my honour,"

    Hyunjin didn't like that, not at all. The thought of someone else touching Felix, trying to court him as if they would ever have a chance.

   Felix knew Hyunjin would not like that and he was counting on it.

   "Okay, I will take you to the soirée tonight,"

    Wait, Felix was not expecting that.

  "Really?" Felix questioned.

    "Yes, you are correct, you are out in society, therefore, if you were to not show up, there would be questions," Hyunjin said.

   Felix pursed his lips, "If I were to go I would have to dance with people,"

   "Very well,"

    "It also means that Jack who has shown interest in me, may dance with me," Felix added.

  Hyunjin was trying to keep his cool, but damn, Felix made it difficult. Felix knew he was being difficult, especially since he knew Hyunjin was the jealous type of person.
 
    "That is fine," Hyunjin said.

     "Very well, I should go get ready. Silk would be best, yes? It has the best feeling, especially if someone is holding me,"

    There was that tipping point for Hyunjin.

    Hyunjin grabbed Felix's hand and pulled him back.

   "On second thought, I do believe you will be a little late to tonight's soirée," Hyunjin whispered, pressing a kiss on the junction between Felix's neck and shoulder.

   Felix hummed.

    "You are late," Jisung said.

    Felix smiled.

  "I do know that, Sungie,"

    "Why are you late?"
