The trailer starts by introducing Park Eunji (Moon Gayoung) and Park Minji (Choi Seungyeon) to us. An ugly nerd who suffers bullying and her younger sister who's the perfect girl. Both students of different schools.

We're quickly asked to bid goodbye to Moon Gayoung's character as the scenery changes, the body of Eunji surrounded by her own blood as we see Park Minji (Choi Seungyeon) struggle against the policemen, crying as she sees her sister's body.

The trailer shows us Minji telling the policemen what she had witnessed, the murder of her older sister, but believing it was the trauma speaking, they dismiss it as it being just her trying to explain her sister's suicide.

A few months pass, and we see Minji standing at the entrance of her sister's old school. Rage clear on her face as she swears vengeance to her sister, promising to hurt everyone who jad dared hurt her sister.

The trailer quickly starts reaching its end with a shot of Minji walking towards the school, the words and title of the series 'My Sweet, Sweet Vengeance' in red appearing on the screen as it turns black. The viewers do get a slight jumpscare as the quiet end turns into screams of terror as color returns, the title gone.

The trailer does only truly end when they show a scene of Minji smirking, face covered with blood as she looks down at the camera, she mouths something before stepping on it, ending the trailer for good.

Many theorizing she mouthed the name of the serie, while others believe she probably revealed the murderer's name, therefore why they muted the line, to keep from spoiling the entire series.
