i wait patiently for my personal advisor at the throneroom. I want to scream it out, tear down these massive white curtains and kill everyone I see. But I won't do that. I will stay calm and listen to what my advisor has to say. I've heard that he broke his arm during his captivity, but he won't get any rest. Not until we found that dragon protector and the necklace. And I still need that dragon prince if I want to live. If I must die, the child I cary must be born first. Or else I don't have an heir. The double doors slams open, and Bates comes in with guards guiding him. All of them bend on one knee and bow their head.

'Leave us alone.', I say with a cold voice. The guards leave immediatly.

' Stand up Bates, and tell me everything.'

' I will, majesty. While I was on my way to get Auryn Tyrell, two people grabbed me from behind, coverd my mounth and knocked me out. I woke up in the winecellar and saw a young knight from the Black Side. He didn't tie my arms well so I had a chance to escape, but he tried to stop me and tried to fight me. He almost won, but then I pushed him to the wine racks, stole his knife and stabbed him.' he plays with his beard and looks concernd.

'Did you see who the other kidnapper was?', I ask. But I think I know who the other one is.

' No, your majesty. I only felt strong hands around my neck. Perhaps it was the girl from the Black Side.'

' Ofcourse it was her. She probably left Sirion. The knights are searching possible hiding places. We have another problem, Bates.'

' Auryn Tyrell.', he says as if he could read my mind. Yes, Auryn. That girl had that necklace her whole life and I never noticed. She is a dragonprotector. And I think she knows that too. I revealed it, and that was stupid and unacceptable. When she is back from her mission, she will be excecuted. She may be a good warrior, but if there is a dragon protector in my castle...

' Send someone that will keep an eye on her.'

'I will, Your Maj-...' Suddenly the doors slams open and King Dryston storms in. He does not look happy.

' Leave, Bates.' he bows and rushes outside.

Dryston is furious and red as a lava dragon. Even his bald head is red. 'That child is not mine!', he yells. My hand goes instantly to my stomach. His massive transparant crystal crown shakes as he continues. ' How could you?'

' I could and I did.,' I say calmly. This was an accident, but I am not sorry for it. But that is not what I say to him.

' You get what you deserve you witch! Without that dragon prince you'll die, and that child will too. You don't even know the reason.'
Oh, I do know the reason, but I will not tell you. The reason is because of the sword, but I don't know why.  I won't give up my sword that was gifted by my parents, Queen Morgana and King Soren. May they rest in peace. My energy is drainig. And with research I know how to solve it. The dragon prince has enough power to keep me alive. But how will I get the dragon prince if Tyrell lost the necklace? I keep all my thoughts to myeself.

' And if you get the dragon prince, your child won't survive. You are fourthy, Too old to bare a child. You'll die and then I can get myself a beautiful, young wife.' He looks amused. But I don't. I feel my blood boiling, and that is not a good sign. Dryston walks up to me, like a predator.

' You have too much power Rexanne, it is my turn now.' He looks into my eyes and soul. I stand up from my throne, my hand reaches to my blue glowing sword, forged by a dragon's fire. But he doesn't notice it.

' The reason of your death won't be Nagendra or your current sickness, I will be the reason.' he goes up the steps, and I notice a shiny dagger behind his back. That he plans to kill me is not suprising, since I rule everything. I never gave him the chance to rule, and why should I? He is weak, greedy. And I never loved him. When I ascended the throne, my father ( king Cyrus) told me I had to mary a man from nobility. He wasn't born to rule, but I was.

' Your time has come, Rexanne. Don't try to scream for guards, it will be too late.'

' I never scream for help, Dryston. I'll handle you myself.' He raises his hand and tries to stab me. I dodge it and kick him in the chest. The dress I have on is not efficient, but that doesn't stop me.

He falls from the steps and I jump right after him. Then I raise my sword for the final blow, but then he rolls on his side and instead i hit the marble floor. My sword starts to glow bright blue, that means it wants blood.

Dryston runs blindly towards me. He has no tactics or a plan, and then he wants to rule a kingdom? I step aside and let him trip, but I don't wait him to fall. I immediatly jump on him and stab my sword in his chest. I didn't notice that his crown fell of his head and broke in thousend pieces. Blood colors the white marble floor red. I start panting and sweating. I feel my energy drainig and start worying about my child. But worrying is for later. I yell for guards.

They are staring at Dryston, who is bleeding all over the place. ' He tried to attack me. Get some maids to clean this up. If someone is asking about the king, tell them he is deadly sick. If someone finds out about what happend, I'll kill you all personaly.'

The guards nod heavily, they always nod. When they leave I go sit on my throne, made of transparant crystalls, same material as that of Dyrston's crown. I take a deep breath and stare at Dyrston's corpse, at the flowing blood on the floor.

This is what is needed to rule a kingdom.
