Me and Alex have always been very close with one another their was even a point where people thought we were dating but of course that would never happen he only ever saw me as his best friend or someone to ask for advice
Heather was the girl he had always had his eye on and they were just so perfect is what everyone would say but in this case I'm not everyone and when I see them together I just think how that should be me and not her
But I have to be a good friend to both heather and alex and put my feelings aside
In my third period class I was sat in the back being in between brant and alex and as me and alex were giggling like kids in the back of class not paying attention to what our teacher had to say
that was until brant yelled "more like community suck-vice" at the top of his lungs causing the entire class to laugh
it wasn't even funny if I'm being honest but thats just the way it is when you have 'popular privlleges'
And as class ended everyone had rushed out to try to get what they wanted I told heather to write my name but she didn't get to due to the amount of students shoving each other
So I ended up chosing PB & J making which wasn't so bad considering that alex would be their
As we got into our groups and sam's dad told us some of the rules and instructions we were then sent to go to sam's house and once I had arrived their I heard laughter which was coming from brant and alex I honestly didn't want to know what the duo was laughing at
"finally y/n's here" brant said while dapping me up
"I was tired of listening to brants bullshit questions"
"their not bullshit alex their importent" he said while shoving alex causing him to fall on his ass which led to all of us laughing
"So brant what were you asking alex" I said while spreading peanut butter onto the slice of bread
"I was asking him how lesbains have sex because for gay sex it makes sence on where you would shove the dick but what do you do with two pussys?"
"just shut the fuck up and go back to making sandwhich's"

"fuck all of you I'll go talk to fucking sam then" he said while flipping us off
My and alex were just making sandwhich's in silence but not a akward silence more of the relaxing and peaceful type of silence until I decided to speak up
"alex?"
"yeah?" he said while placing the knife he was using onto the marble colored counter
"why did you break up with heather I mean it was a perfect fit"
"I did think that to until I realized that how blind I was"
"I don't get it" I said in a confused tone
"well I realized that heather was just not the one and that their was a much better girl who has always been their for me"
"well she seems lucky" I said mumbling under my breathe while returning to making sandwhichs
"yeah you are lucky" he said causing me to look up from what I was doing

"you heard what I said y/n your the girl I've always liked"
"but I thought it was heath-"
"it's not heather y/n it never was her I only got with her to try to get my stupid feelings for you to go away but they never did it's always been you y/n"
We then started leaning in slowly until our lips met one anothers we hadn't realized how long we were kissing until brant and sams fake gags had cut it off
"get a room" yelled brant as him and sam came down stairs
