Chapter 30 - 12 Grimmauld Place

Hagrid and some other officials from the Order of the Phoenix had taken Harry from his house, on route to a new area. 12 Grimmauld Place.

As he walked in, he was greeted by many adults he recognized at a dining table, but Molly shut the door behind her as she walked out to meet him.

"Mrs Weasley." Harry smiled.

"Harry dear, its lovely to see you." Molly hugged him,"The others are upstairs."

"Oh- Right." Harry nodded and walked upstairs, looking in the rooms for his friends.

Almost immediately after opening a door, he was hugged by Hermione.

"Harry!"

"Hermione." Harry hugged back.

"We heard about the dementor attack, mate. You alright?" Ron asked.

"I'll be alright." Harry assured them.

"Ooh, the Ministry really isn't happy with you." Erica rubbed her eyes.

"Yeah, not at all. My dad told me about your court date." Parker leaned against Erica as she ate a cookie.

"I had no choice but to use magic, they attacked me and Dudley." Harry shook his head.

"The Ministry doesn't care." Hermione shook her head.

"Wait so- What is this place?" Harry looked around, the room had recently been decorated but he could tell this was an old building.

"It's Sirius' house but we're using it as a safehouse for the Order and us." Erica told him.

"And what-"

"It's a secret society that Dumbledore made during the first Wizarding War. They're called the Order Of The Phoenix." Hermione added.

"They're always having meetings downstairs, having one now actually, but we're never allowed to listen." Ron sighed.

"So it's important." George appeared in the room.

"Warn a guy!" Ron shook his head, not expecting him to appear.

"Georgie." Erica smiled.

"Boo!" Fred appeared beside him.

"Happy you can use magic outside of school?" Harry chuckled.

"Could you tell?" George chuckled,"Anyway, we came to ask if you lot wanted to spy on the grown-ups downstairs?"

"Of course we do." Parker got up.

"Yes please." Erica grinned.

They all walked out of the room, Fred holding out his extendable ears and hung them over the banister. Fred fiddled about with the string until they could clearly make out voices of the Order members.

The adults began talking about how Sirius had to make decisions for Harry, and that Bellatrix had escaped.

"Spooky." Erica shook her head.

Thats when a high pitched noise came through the ear- Oh-The ear was gone. Crookshanks had eaten it!

"Crookshanks!" Hermione cursed.

"Its always that bloody cat." Ron groaned.

"Dinner!" Molly shouted upstairs.

"Coming mum." George called to her before vanishing.

"Just because you can use magic now, does not mean you need to whip your wands out for everything!" Molly jumped as the twins appeared beside her.

"Mum, it is quite fun." Erica told her.

"Yeah, if you're expecting it." Ron nudged her.

"Dora!" Parker ran downstairs and hugged her cousin.

Due to her family not wanting Parker to socialise with Andromeda's side, she didn't see Tonks often.

"Parker, it's been too long." Tonks hugged her back.

"How's your mum and dad?" Parker smiled.

"They're doing good but they miss you."

"I'll be over one day soon. Mum and dad are getting worse. It's a miracle how I got here without them noticing." Parker nodded.

"They need to get over themselves." Tonks shook her head.

"Tell me about it." Parker rolled her eyes and sat down.

After some introductions, everyone was sitting down at the table as dinner was being brought out.

"We think Voldemort is trying to build his army again. We also believe he's going after something he didn't have last time." Sirius began.

"A nose." Erica coughed.

Fred and George chuckled and nudged Erica. Erica nudged them back as the adults continued.

"You mean like a weapon?" Harry raised a brow.

"Exactly. So that means you all need to be extra careful at school. Not everyone will believe you." Arthur sighed.

"I heard the Ministry's going to try and... Interfere with Hogwarts. Keep it 'safer'." Kingsley shook his head.

"Another year of trouble then." Ron muttered.

"Is there ever a year where we aren't in trouble?" Erica asked.

"Never." Parker shook her head.

"What time is your court hearing?" Hermione turned to Harry.

"Tomorrow." He sighed.

"I'll be taking Harry." Arthur nodded.

"Try not to cause any trouble while you're there." Molly pointed,"Both of you."

"I'm a good husband." Arthur smiled.

"Oh, I know you are." Molly kissed his cheek.

After dinner, Parker went upstairs to explore, having snuck past Kreacher she walked into a room which only had a massive tapestry in it as well as a few bits of furniture, a wardrobe and some drawers.

"Interested in the family tree, hm?"

"Sirius." Parker turned to him.

"Parker." Sirius smiled as he walked over, leaning against the tapestry," This is the Black Family Tree."

"Who knew we had so much family?" Parker sighed.

"It is a large family tree." He chuckled,"It's not everyone though."

"No?" Parker raised a brow,"Oh- I'm not there yet. Neither is Draco."

"And look here." Sirius pointed to a burned out face,"Those who the family deems 'not worthy' are removed."

"Tut tut Sirius, you're burned." Parker joked,"I might not even get added... Burned straight away."

"It's not all bad, you can join the club." Sirius chuckled.

"So what about my mum's sister? The one that's just escaped?" Parker looked at the tree.

"Bellatrix." Sirius shook his head,"A perfect example of what my mother wanted us to be like."

"Glad you didn't turn out like her. I like you too much to be mean." Parker hummed.

"Bellatrix isn't even mean, she's just... Sadistic. She's got a few screws lose, that one."

"Yeah, no shit." Parker nodded,"They're gonna come after us all... Aren't they?"

"They will." Sirius sighed softly,"But we won't let them hurt you, or anyone else."

"I'm gonna try get some sleep, see you in the morning." Parker waved, taking one last look at the tapestry before walking off.

"Sweet dreams, Parker." Sirius waved back at her.
