Shit I just realized I had to do a back-story so this will be very short~
Enjoy the backstory and useless but also useful info ;)
Yuki lives in a small neighborhood in Tokyo, he has a single mother and an older sister. His sister is out everyday spending money and his mother works as a cashier in a convenience store down the road from his house, his father is a rich man who wants nothing to do with Yuki or his sisters life.
The only way his family is able to pay rent / taxes is with the child support his father gives them. Though it is not much, it's enough for Yuki, however his sister doesn't see it that way.
She thinks hes a greedy low life who is trying to cheat his way out of paying child support. She doesn't realize that the thing making her family broke is the cost of her makeup, she refuses to stop buying it and instead of getting a job she insists her younger brother to get one.
Yuki indeed did get a job and started saving his money, once eh had enough he left his family and brought his own house, every month he gives his mother money to help her get out of poverty but with his sister that wont happen anytime soon.
He always played football when he was younger and was very skilled but he had to stop so he could focus on his job and studies.
So he's living alone, pretty decent life style compared to before.
Ofc he's awkward because he was always belittled by his sister, and never had the time to hang out with friends because he always had a job.
Soon enough when he was 16 his living situation stabilized and he was able to choose his job hours (instead of all the time to earn more money) and had enough free time to join his schools football team.
He was still getting to know his teammates, their playing styles, so he was quite bad in football at the time. He is anti social so his teammates don't give him the ball often, thats why he's semi bad at football. If you got over his confidence and people skills he'd be very talented.
Okay his backstory is complete so enjoy the story from here on
