Thx for the reads so far!
Again sorry for the late post, I ended up getting food poisoning from mcDonalds.
Also I just realized this but you'll see speech marks as either this " or this " the first one just means I'm writing on my computer where's the other one just means I'm writing on my phone.
"I'm gonna say it! I think havin' Isagi as our CF was a mistake! Next game I'll be at the very top of the line up!" "No way, Me! Isagi sucked but i'd be an ace as CF" "Shut it, smallfry!" "Why're you acting like that when Isagi didn't even pass to you?" Team Z were sitting in the locker room bickering with each other. They completely lost the last game, only scoring 1 point.
Yuki sat in the corner on one of the benches. He was wiping away the beads of sweat that had formed just a few minutes ago. Thinking to himself. 'If only I kept trying to block Baro's kicks, we would've had a chance of scoring, we wouldn't have lost, we-" Yuki was pushed out of his train of thoughts by Kuon.
"Enough already! Can you all cut it out?! We're not here to mess around!! Our team has already been saddled with a loss... Do you really get how dicey our situation is now...?!" "Nope! Whatcha mean?" "Listen. In this first selection ..." Kuon was explaining to his other teammates that if they lost one more game, they'd be Lock Off.
"My greatest weapon is... My dribble." "My best weapon is my awesome shooting technique! I like to call it my 'Sexy football" "Mine... Close quarters plays?" Everyone was sitting on their futons, they'd already prepared for bed and were now trying to think of a strategy to help them win their next match. Kuon suggested that they tell each other their weapons. "I can fly across the pitch! I'm a jack of all trades, I think. My unyielding spirit! My left foots shooting power. Speed and technique." Everyone was listening to each other eagerly haering what their teammate's weapon was.
"Mine would be my jumping power. Now, It's Isagi's turn..." Kuon said, turning to face the boy. "My weapon... Huh.. Well... I dunno" "Passing, ain't it?" "No, that's no good for a striker..." "Quite wasting our damn time if you don't even know. A'Ight next!" "Ah- hold on! I'll think of something!" "Okay, while Isagi thinks about it, let's move on... So Yuki?"
Everyone's eye's peered over at Yuki. "It's your speed isn't it?" Igarashi said butting in before Yuki could answer. He was sitting there, something telling him not to tell his teammates what it was so he lied. "My quietness, No one notices me because I'm so quiet. That's how I managed to block Baros' goal... I was there the entire time." Yuki thought that this was believable, no one really paid him much attention during the game anyways, so they couldn't tell that he just sprinted down towards the goal.
"Hmm, okay." Kuon said "Now, Chigiri, what's yours?" "Don't wanna say." Chigiri responded. "Huh?! But everyone here's sharing their weapons, so come on!" Igarachi yelled "I know and I'm sorry. But, even so... I don't wanna." "What the heck man...Screw it, let's just ignore the princess on her high horse and move on!" Rachi said.
"Well that's that" Kuon said "First a striker needs to have a strong weapon to use, from that foundation a team can be built. That's the path to victory, or so Ego says. From that I think what we should focus on, is learning how to put our weapons to use." Once Koun had finished talking everyone was chattering away.
"If all we're focusing on is our weapons, won't we just be repeating our same mistakes next game?" Lemon said. "I don't think we can win using Egos method." Gagamaru piped in. "Even if we know all our weapons, that won't help us play together." Naruhaya said. "Can we do anything about that?" Yuki suggested "Powerful strategy to use or something..maybe?" Isagi joined in, glancing from Yuki back to Koun. "Hold on, Nah... We might have one, but we'll need everyone to have a fair shot at it." Koun said looking down at his notebook then scribbling something back onto it. "Whaddya mean Koun?" Raichi said. "With this tactic we might just pull it off."
Everyone was in a circle(ish) shape with Koun holding out his notebook to show everyone his plan. "Eh? That would work." Yuki mumbled to no one in particular. Everyone ended up agreeing on the plan. " Good, it's settled then. For the next match, we're going with the 'I'm the next 9' Tactic!" 'Is no one gonna tell him he needs to work on naming?' Yuki thought.
And then we all went through special training. Of course there's no way we could become a team right away. "If we lose again our football careers will be over!" But to keep those words from becoming true, we had to work together. That one thing drove us together.
Sorry for the late post but i'll most likely never change that TT
~Bye!~
