❝At Night Raven College❞

[Yukina's POV]

'ugh... Is it morning already?' as I thought, recalling what happened, I woke up inside of a strange coffin, 'weird, I think I heard something...'

"Crap, I gotta hurry up and find a uniform before someone sees me..." I heard someone or... something , outside this confinement I'm in

"Urgggh... This lid weighs a ton!" I heard it struggle getting rid of this lid

"Try this! Mya-ha!" as it shot flames, causing the lid to fly off

"Gah! What the hell?!"

"Alright, now to grab the goods... Eh...? What?! You ain't supposed to be awake!!" it exclaimed, I sit up and stretch a little just to see a... Cat...?

"The hell's a cat doin' here?" I asked to myself

"Wha... EXCUSE YOU! I am no CAT! I am the great Grim, sorcerer extraordinaire!" this cat named Grim boasted, "tch. Whatever. Hey! human! gimme your uniform, and be quick about it!", 'did this thing just demanded I hand over my clothes right now?!'

"Hey! I am not gonna give you the clothes I'm wearing!" I argued with the cat

"Well ya got no choice human! gimme your uniform and you won't regret it!" he said, particularly threatening me

'guess I'll make a run for it... ugh, what a pain...' as I hopped off out of the coffin, I ran while yelling "Sorry for not giving you this uniform ya wanted! you ill-mannered weasel!"

"Oi! get back here! and I'm not a WEASEL!" grim said, while chasing me.

That thing had been chasing me 'till I reached the library, I shut the doors as quickly as possible so that it can't get in, but of course it slipped pass me and almost hit me with his fire magic

"You foolish human! You really think you could get away from the great Grim?" Grim provoked as he shoots (and missed) me with his fire, before things escalate someone came in and whipped Grim

"Me-YEOW! That hurt! What gives?!" Grim screeched

"Consider it tough love" A man wearing a crow mask said as he entered the library "Ah, thank goodness I've found you at last. Splendid. I trust you're one of the new students here?" he continued "My, were you eager enough to make your debut? And bringing a poorly trained familiar with you? That is a very clear violation of the school's rules"

"As if I would listen to a human like him ! Now lemme go!" Grim yelled

'did he just assumed that I was a boy?! my face isn't that fully covered?!'

"Yes, yes. Rebellious familiars always say that. Do be quiet for a bit, won't you?" the mysterious masked man said as he tied Grim's mouth and carried him like a cat

"Goodness me. Out of all the students I've dealt with, you're the first with temerity enough to open your own coffin and step out of it. Does the very notion of patience elude you?" he stated "No matter. Your orientation had just begun. Now, let us return to the Mirror Chamber" he continued

'did that sounded familiar to me?' I asked myself internally, wondering where the hell I am

"Coffin..?" I questioned

"You awakened in a room full of coffins, did you not? All of the students here at the campus arrived by passing through such gates. Although typically the students have restraint enough to wait until I open them before waking up." he stated
