It had been a few weeks since Keira moved in with Peter and Derek. She was getting closer to the pack after Derek announced that she and Peter were now a part of the pack. At first Scott and Lydia objected to Peter but they slowly got used to it. To Keira it was a little weird to see Derek boss Peter around but she got used to it. She also got used to being a part of a pack again. Sometimes she'd skip movie night because she needed to breathe and console her heart.
There was nothing on Cora. Keira spent the first two weekends going off and. looking for her. Keira called Cora just to hear her voicemail. Keira always saved Cora's voicemails that she left just because. Keira was going through a breakdown. But she kept it covered up with this picture of Keira Hale the mini Derek Hale. Cora was nowhere. The pack didn't know, Derek and Peter let Keira do this on her own. Derek wasn't gonna tell his pups until Keira said he could.
Now it was a Friday and school was almost over. Keira swirled the lollipop in her mouth not paying attention to the teacher. She already went over this shit in her old school, so apparently this school was behind, or maybe she was too smart who knows. She made the lacrosse team in the second week of school, so that was a plus. When Keira told Derek and Peter like a kindergartener getting candy, the pair decided that it was a big deal for the girl. She had been in lacrosse at her old school, so when Scott and Stiles told her about it she happily went to ask the coach if she could try out even though it's the middle of the year.
Keira rubbed her eyes. She checked the time. It was twelve-thirty so she could leave now, she was a senior so it didn't matter anyway. She didn't have to be in that class; she just took it as an extracurricular. Keira grabbed her bag, excusing herself saying bye to the teacher. She walked out of the school house to see the pups out of class. She walked to her truck, putting her bag in the passenger side, and closing the door loudly. The pack all turned their heads to the truck, cursing under their breaths.
Keira pulled the sucker out of her mouth, and walked towards them. Scott examined what she was wearing, seeing as they couldn't see her because they had lunch with the sophomores. She had on a black long sleeve shirt under a gray baggy t-shirt, black jeans and some red converse. The pack watched her walk towards them. Keira leaned on Stiles' jeep, and tilted her head at them.
"Hey guys." Keira kept her voice low, and twirled the sucker in her mouth.
"You're not going to bitch at us for skipping class?" Lydia asked, walking towards the girl she stopped semi beside her.
"Nah, I did all my sophomore year to be honest, but I almost failed, so maybe." Keira shrugged her shoulders. "Buttt, what are you guys doing out here anyway, why not just leave instead of staying in the parking lot?"
Everyone looked at Keira with a questioning look. "You're not gonna tell Alpha?" Issac asked.
"Nah, Derek needs to relax and let you guys chill and skip every once a while."
"Aren't you supposed to be in class too?" Allison asked
"I'm allowed to leave, I don't need that class anyway, plus I was gonna go get lunch."
"Sketchy." Scott said and playfully eyed the girl.
Keira laughed, "promise i won't tell."
"Yeah sure." Stiles poked out his lips.
"Fine whatever, but to let you guys know yall's fourth period bell is about to ring any minute. So I suggest you guys don't miss science and math class."
"Wait, hold on, how do you know our schedules?" Erica asked Keira.
Erica walked towards her and put her arm around her shoulder. Keira wrapped an arm around her waist while the blonde rested her head on Keira's shoulder.
