Mia and Esme stood jogging through the park. Esme groaned as she looked to Mia "Oh you're stupid. Oh God. You're stupid, evil, sadist and I wanna kill you" Esme said as mia looked to her
"Endorphins are good. Endorphins are mood elevators. This is supposed to make us feel better" Mia said. She knew that she wasn't having any sex and how she was using jogging as a new physical activity
"Oh god. Do you feel better?" Esme as she stopped jogging to catch her breath, while mia jogs around her in circles
"I'm stupid" Mia said
"Slutty mistress" Esme said
"Marks whore" Mia said
"Sleeping with unavailable man was a great idea" Esme said as mia stops to catch her breath too
"You know what's ruined for me?" Mia asked as Esme groaned in pain
"Ferry boats. I used to love ferry boats and Derek's got a thing for ferry boats. Now every time I see a frigging ferry boat..." Mia said As Esme cut her off
"You know what's ruined for me? Sex" esmf said
"Sex?"
"Yes. Mark and i had amazing sex and it's all I can think over and I can sleep with someone else but it's not mark. It's ruined" Esme Said as they Both lie down on the grass trying to catch their breaths
"Do you think we'll feel better if we cry? You know like just let it out?" Esme asked as mia shrugged
"Probably. Yeah" Mia said
"Do you wanna cry now" Esme asked
"No. I'm doing crying over derek" Mia said
"Okay, lets, lets jog" Esme said as she pulled Mia up who groaned

Mia got to the hospital as she stood with Alex and smiled "how's things with shepherd? Has he been off your back?" Alex asked
"For now but I know he isn't going to drop it and I know part of me doesn't want him too. I don't know what I want to be honest" Mia said
Alex looked to her and smiled as he placed a hand on her arm and smiled. The last week alex and Mia had began to form a friendship and he was the only one who didn't judge her over her and Derek
"You know your not as bad as everyone makes out" Mia said as Alex smiled
"Do you have a thing for Alex? I mean shepherds married so your going after Alex?" Izzie asked as mia looked to her and frowned
"What's it to you?" Mia asked as Esme walked up to where they were and frowned
"What's the better Isobel. Jealous?" Esme asked as they glared at each other as mia walked off towards bailey. She froze as she last Derek in the hallway and looked to him
Esme looked to them and rolled her eyes "come on Juliet. Leave Romeo to cut into brains and get back to his wife" bella said. She was still angry at Derek
