Mia groaned to herself as she woke up in bed next to Derek. She rolled over and face him as she heard Izzie and Esmè who were arguing

"what are they arguing over" Derek asked half asleep as Mia rolled over so that she was straddling him

"Izzie wants Esmè room"

"oh too bad" Derek said as she smirked as she leant in and kissed him.

He kissed her back and smirked as he rolled over so that he was on top of her and smirked

"you know that anyone could come in here right" Derek asked as Mia looked to him and smirked "so that's part of the thrill I think we both know" Mia said as he smirked

"well we never were caught in New York" he said as she smirked. She leant in and kissed him as he ran his hands up her thighs and pulled her close.

Mia moaned as he pushed into her. She bite down on her lip as she adjusted to him. Mia dug her nails into his back as he started to move in and out of her. Mia moaned as he pulled her close and kissed her.

Mia rolled over so that she was on top of him. She looked down at him and smirked as she bite her lip as she started to rock her hips against his as he gripped her hips as she rolled her head back and she felt herself release her load as he followed her and smirked as she rolled over and lay in bed next to her as the door opened as Esmè walked in causing them to jump

"Don't worry I know that you two have been doing but I need to talk to my sister" Esmè said as Mia looked to Derek and smirked

"I guess I'll have to try and sneak out. What's the best way" Derek asked

"it's either waiting or the window" Mia said as Esmè chuckled. He stood from the bed and started to get dressed as he walked over to Mia and smirked as he leant in and kissed her

"ill see you later" he said as he walked over to her window and climbed out as Mia sighed as Esmè looked to her and smirked

"so much for being careful" Esmè said as Mia smiled

"what can I say a girl had needs" Mia said as Esmè smiled

"is Izzie still after your room"

"yeah and she can leave it, I am not giving her my room besides if she's next to you she will hear you and mcdreamy all night" Esmè said as Mia looked to her and smirked

"oh so now your calling him that" Mia asked as she looked to her sister and smiled

"Addie called. I haven't answered. Have you spoken to her" Esmè asked as Mia looked to her and shock her head

"what am I meant to see hey Addie how are you doing I'm busy banging your husband. No it's just too complicated right now" Mia said as Esmè nodded in agreement

Mia got to work as she was on rounds. She took a sip of her coffee and sighed. She was tired with her night with Derek still

"Fools on bikes killing themselves. Natural selection is what it is" Bailey rambled as she talked over the dead baby race

"So what's up with the Nazi, is she off her meds" Alex asked George as mia rolled her eyes
