i am a caterpillar,
hiding away in my cocoon,
praying that very soon
i will transform into an
incredibly captivating butterfly,
who will soar
through the skies above
and capture your attention,
so that we can escape into
another dimension,
when all you think of is me
and how blessed you are to have
someone so angelically pretty
in your life,
and all i think of is you,
wonderful you,
and how fortunate i am
to have revolutionised
myself,
since,
now that i am no longer
a plain, tedious six legged creature,
you seem to notice me.however, that is all a fantasy
because
maybe i cannot live a lie;
i am a dull, ordinary creature,
but my uplifting, light-hearted
persona outshines my disinteresting
exterior, which is more than can be said
for you,
who finds pleasure in belittling
those who do not appear as divine as you do.the truth is, i am more than happy with being a
caterpillar, for you have shown me many reasons
as to why i do not desire to be a butterfly.o.r
