Under The Stars

Without notice he picked you up and held you effortlessly. Your feet dangled to the floor because of his height. "Woah." Your eyes widen, not knowing what to do.

He smirks and let's out a small laugh. He set you back down onto the floor, your face felt warm.. too warm. You put your hands in your cheeks trying to cool your face. "Y'know.. you're extremely short-" he says with a smug look on his face.

You furrow your eyebrows, "I am not short" you say, "you're just abnormally tall..." you pointed at him.

"Is that so..?" He said he stood inches away from you looking down at your face, your faces were inches away from eachother. You felt your ears become warm and the swarm of butterflies returned to your stomach. He grinned at you, he knew he was flustering you..

"Well whatever you say I guess..." he backed away with the smug look still on his face. He began to explore your room again, the faries still making sure to keep near him.

You let out a sigh of confused emotion, you felt scared, but not in a way that you wanted to run and hide. You wanted to be near him, but you felt like if you stay near him too long you were going to explode. Your stomach felt upset not with sickness, bit with an emotion you haven't experienced before. What is happening?...

He sat on your bed and looked at you, "so.. what next...?" He asked tilting his head to the side. You shrugged not knowing what to do or day, you have never been in a situation quite like this one..

You looked at the clock again 10:14 it was getting late, which means no one is awake. You could sneak out with him. But if you were to get caught, you would get in a lot of trouble. You think for a moment, this is the only chance you have to do this. You will most likely never experience this.. ever again..

So..live a little?

"I've got an idea." You say with a smile, "we could go outside.. just for a little bit.. but I think it would be.. fun" you looked around and back to him waiting for his response

He seemed to be shocked by your idea, but not totally against it. "Well look at you troublemaker-" he smirked leaning a bit forward off the bed. "Do you want to or not?" You ask crossing your arms.

"I'm up for any challenge-" he stands up and crosses his arms to mock you, not in a mean way, but just to tease you.

"Alright um.." you grab your empty backpack and put some stuff in it.
She put some snacks, a charger, first aid kit, and any other miraculous things that you thought could be used. You also packed a blanket.

"You ready?" You asked Ben putting on the backpack. "Ready when you are." He smiled at you, Ben went over to you and lifted you up.

"Woah, hey, what are you doing?!" You asked slightly panicked, "Well we don't want any one to hear us leave now do we?" He said grinning, he started to float again, and he held you as if you weighed nothing.

Opened the door still holding you in his arms, and he floated down the stairs. He exited the house with you and gently shut the door behind him. He put you down once you reached the cracked side walk.

You started to walk, "Where are we going y/n?" He asked, following right by your side. He leaned forward to see your face. "Somewhere.." you said smirking. Ben scrunched his face and sighed because of your sarcastically answer, "No but really.. Where are we going?" He asked again, his curiosity getting the best of him.

"You'll see.. just be patient" you say with a soft giggle. He made an exaggerated pouty face, "c'mon.. tell me..." he said putting his hands in his hoodie pockets. "No spoilers" you say looking over at him.
