⁕PRETTY SMILE⁕↧06. MOVIES
The week to Molly felt so long that it felt as though ten years were passing by. The whole week, all Molly could think about was Saturday, the day Charlie had his game and she was going to watch.
Molly was extremely excited and couldn't wait for the day to come, but to her dismay, the week kept going as slow as the Earth does, revolving around its axis.
But eventually, the day finally came and it was Saturday morning. Molly had been up since 9 A.M., and got ready the moment she woke up. She got showered, dressed in warm clothing that included a cute gray sweater with dark blue jeans and some boots. Then, she got her hair ready and decided at the last minute to curl it and throw it into a high ponytail.
Finally, she got to makeup which she didn't pack on, but she put on enough to hide her blemishes.
Lastly, she threw on a coat because the Minnesota weather was getting quite chilly even though it was only October. Finally, she was finished and she swung open her bedroom door and went towards the stairs.
She made her way downstairs where her father and mother were sitting on the couch together. The television was on and her mother was watching her documentaries while her father was reading the newspaper.
"Oh look at you, young lady, you look pretty! Where are you heading off to?" her mother asked with a smirk on her face before looking over at her husband who only glanced up at his daughter.
"Just going out with Tessa, that's all," she said calmly, trying to stop her parents from thinking she was going out with a boy. She couldn't tell them any of this, especially since her father was so protective of her, and most especially because Charlie was on the Ducks team and if they found out she was hanging out with him, they would lose it.
"Oh ok...," her mother said disappointingly.
Her mother looked back at the television as her father put down his newspaper and at his daughter. Then, he began to interrogate her.
"Where are you two going?" he asked, criss-crossing his leg over the other and folding his hands together.
Molly's mother smacked his arm and scolded her husband, "Stop questioning her, she's going out with Tessa, for Christ's sake!"
Her father ignored his wife and looked at Molly with stern eyes, expecting an answer in the next five seconds.
"Probably to the mall...maybe that cute coffee shop downtown, I'm not exactly sure what we're doing, you know Tessa, she can't make a decision till the last minute!" she laughed suspiciously before grabbing her keys off of the door.
"I gotta go though, Tessa's probably wondering where I am! I'll see you tonight at curfew!" she said, blowing kisses to both of her parents before running out the door as fast as she could before her father kept going with his questions.
She huffed when she closed the front door behind her. That was stressful.

Molly made it to the hockey rink with five minutes to spare. She walked the whole way there and felt as though the cold was creeping up her arms and making it hard for her to breath.
Molly made her way around the rink and sat down on one of the benches, taking off her coat. She looked at the players on the rink, trying to scope out Charlie, but she couldn't find him at all.
After waiting for what seemed like years, Charlie came out onto the rink. He didn't have his helmet on, so she could see his face clear as day. It seemed as though he was looking around the rink to find someone, but finally his eyes landed on hers, and he smiled.
