Appearance: He looks almost similar to his Earth 1 counterpart, only that his hair is longer, resembling his Season 4 hair after he came out of the Speed Force and a bit more blond, he also has a small scar in his arm when he broke his arm as a kid.

Personality: He is actually a bit more serious than his Earth 1 self, 4 years into the work has well... turned him a bit more serious in the job as Flash, of course, bit more serious doesn't mean he doesn't crack jokes, just that he does it less. This Barry compared to his Earth 1 self is much less stubborn, he first started very stubborn and never learning of his mistakes, but he managed to move on that and try other ways to fight and planning, like taking fighting lessons with The Batman (who stomped his ass) and also teaching a few tricks of his own like teaching Superman how to speed punch properly. Barry is incredibly selfless, always willing to help everyone else and then himself.
Abilities and Powers: Barry is much faster than his Earth 1 counterpart and also smarter. Barry of Earth 38 doesn't get much help, he does get help from the cops but nothing like Cisco or Caitlin. He made his costume by himself, including his Flash ring, he also discovered most Flash tricks by himself such as when vibrating his molecules, he can either phase and if he does it fast enough, he can become invisible and intangible. He managed to learn how to incase his entire body in lightning, able to generate lightning from his hands and throw them or for more power. He is also more skilled, he did take a few sessions with Earth 38 Batman plus his training to become a cop. But what Barry really out scales is being a CSI. Superman and Flash have had their own team ups and Superman considers Barry to be one of the best CSI's in the world. Now regarding his speed, he is actually faster than lightning, for when he had his powers he was already faster than sound. His level of power is so immense that it is shown in his lightning trail. His trail is identical to every speedster in the Parallel 53 universes, but his is a bit different, as his lightning trail also shoots off from his body uncontrollably, even in his steps, every time his feet gets off the floor, a bit of Speed Force electricity is shown... like if he generates it.
Relationships:
Henry Allen: His father was framed for the murder of Nora. Barry wasn't home at the point, but when Barry arrived from school, he saw Henry holding Nora's body who was bleeding to death, Henry always said that when he arrived... he only saw a yellow blur with red lightning run zoom past him by the entrance. Barry knew his father, he knew he would never do this, and believed him when he said that there was something... cause Barry has seen it too. But Henry eventually just accepted that maybe he did kill her, but Barry refused... so Barry devoted his life to free Henry from the crime he didn't commit.
Nora Allen: Barry loved his mother, Nora always managed to find to spend time with him when Henry failed, doesn't mean he was never for him. For when Nora died, it took Barry days to finally cry from the state of shock he was in, for Barry's lonely life, Nora always managed to cheer him up, and when she died... he had no one to cheer him up.
Iris Ann West: Iris met Barry in Elementary School, she knew him as the son of a murderer. Barry's life in Elementary to High School was horrible. It was thanks to Iris that Barry had a bit more normal school life, she helped when she could, always when she could. They're friendship was incredibly strong to the point the got in a relationship finishing college, but they had their differences in some things and well.. they broke up but there's no hate between the two... it was sort of mutual.
Darryl Frye: Darryl was the cop that adopted Barry when he was in pain. Barry at first was sort of out of place and didn't like Darryl much. But as time went on, Barry started to care for Darryl. Darryl made a self promise to himself and Nora that he wouldn't let anything happen to Barry, and even with Henry being in jail and all evidence is pointed at him, he really wants to find a way to free Henry.
Hal Jordan: Barry's best friend is and will always be Hal Jordan, Green Lantern of Sector 2814. The fact that they are both cops, they related a lot and a friendship was born, that was in Barry's younger days as Flash when they met. They had such a strong friendship that well... a drunk guy though Barry and Hal were gay for each other... again, it was a drunk guy and it ended with Hal kicking his ass leaving Barry to pay for the drinks. Either way, they're friendship will always exist.
I really gotta let go. Like... I commented of Wilsons Wits new story of GOTG x Star Wars which has Jenna Ortega and I commented "You gotta let her go." This is irony at its finest, I comment that when I can't let go of Melissa Benoist... like bro... still story will take a much different take on Barry Allen. We all know Barry has his pals from STAR Labs and I have no problem... of course Cisco Ramon being the best character, I'll argue with anyone who says it isn't... but I wanted to make an independent Barry Allen who doesn't have much outside help but the cops, the rest os for himself. Plus a bit more comic accurate Barry. Plus before you say it on why Hal Jordan is here, is because he exists in the Arrowverse and most noticeably, The Green Lantern Corps also exists... gotta give the best wingman in the JL some love and respect. More changes involves of course... Iris West... sorry but Earth 1 Iris West is so unlikeable and annoying... and that's not the Iris West, Barry needs or deserves, she did have her moments but Season 4 made her an a-hole. That's not what I want for Earth 38 Iris West and her story will also be a bit more closer to the comics... either way, hope you enjoyed the quick bio, is straight to Pilot Pt 1 and ready to make Barry's life a living hell... I mean... Barry has a very Peter Parker life sometimes and you can't deny that.
