Big Danny is Filling in For Little Danny's Shift at the Convenience Store!

"Ah.. Hello? Oh Jay? Oh... I'm sorry, I have to fill in for a friend today" Daniel said. Jay was asking him to hang out today but Daniel had work.
The call ended and he sighed. "Why of all times... Does that body have to be so tired!" Unfortunately, Daniel's Original body was so tired that he couldn't wake up. He just Shook it off and continued on working.
Just like usual night shifts, there isn't much people.
Daniel's POV:
I was starting to get bored, then I heard the door chime noise "Welcome-" I looked up and saw Y/n... She was wearing a tank top, some baggy pants, a L@uboutin jacket and C#anel sneakers(you can change the outfit). She was looking at her phone while pulling her headphones down. "Hey, Little Da- Daniel?" She looked at me confused.
"Oh hey, I... I was filling in for Little Daniel... He doesn't feel well today" I scratched the back of my neck. I can't believe I lied to her again. Another person entered and it was Jiho "oh? It's not the other Daniel?" He said "I'm filling in for him-"
"Oh really? Then please tell him to get well soon" Jiho said while looking at me intently. "I'll come by another time, see ya at school Daniel, Y/n" we both nodded and Y/n came to the counter and placed all the things she's gonna buy "if you don't mind me asking, where did you come from at this hour being dressed like that?" I asked as I punched in the items.
"I came from a studio with some friends~ tell little Danny to get well soon" she said as she looked at the items. "Want me to heat up the Bento for you?" Y/n nodded and smiled "yes, that would be lovely, also I'll eat over there" she pointed at the table. I nodded and looked at the total "that'll be $**.**, will you pay with cash, card or phone?" I smiled. "Card. Thanks Daniel" she said and gave me her card. I still can't get used to her paying with this black card.
I gave the card back to her and waited for the Bento. Once it was done, I walked with her to the table so she won't burn herself by holding the heated bento. "Thanks, also sorry for the trouble"
"Nah, it's alright. Enjoy your food" I smiled and went back behind the counter. She sat down and started eating. It might sound creepy but I couldn't help myself and secretly took a photo of her. I opened our group chat which the members are Me, Zack, Jay, Mira and Zoe.

I just smiled to myself and turned off my phone putting it in my pocket. "Daniel? Have you eaten yet?" Y/n asked as she looked at me. I shook my head "it's alright though" I said smiling, admiring her beauty. She stood up and walked towards me "I can't let my friend starve. And I feel lonely so... Please join me" she said I felt happy because she invited me but felt a little disappointed because... 'My friend'... Sigh just a friend?
I joined her on the table and we chatted, catching up. She sighed and rested her chin onto her palm "I think I won't be able to attend school for atleast 3 days~" she pouted. Awww so cute. "Why?" I asked.
"Something came up..." She then held my hand and stared at me intently "Daniel, Please-"
"NO DON'T-" Zack bursted into the Convenience store's door "don't what?" I said.
"Don't act all innocent, Daniel Park! Y/n was confessing!" Huh? What? No way she's confessing. "What in hell are you all doing here?"
They all stayed silent "and what confession? I was gonna ask Daniel to send me the lectures and things you guys will do in school for the next three days since I won't be able to attend school!" Y/n scolded them. Jay stepped forward and asked why she wouldn't be able to attend school.
"Something came up, a friend of mine couldn't reschedule so I had to adjust." Y/n sighed pinching the bridge of her nose.
She pulled up her jacket sleeve and looked at her watch "ah.. I gotta go, Daniel just give them the remaining untouched food and as for the ones I didn't finish, you can throw them out." She said and pulled up her headphones. "I'm sorry for not being able to hang out with you all, I'll see you guys in three to four days~" she then exited the store and jogged off somewhere.
Author's POV:
After Y/n left, Daniel gave them a smug smile. Zack, Jay and Mira got pissed off "psh, anyway go get some bread or drink over there, Y/n bought those so don't let them go to waste" Daniel said cleaning up the foods that have been touched and throwing it out.
"Tch you just got lucky this time" Zack said. Flipping off Daniel while picking up a bread.

Ayeee end of chapter! Thanks for reading! And I'm sorry for going on a hiatus! I can't seem to find the motivation to write, but I'm writing this at 10pm and I had to wake up early tomorrow.
