I woke up to a loud slam. I jumped and got up, i grabbed my phone.. 5%, and several missing texts and calls, great.

I grabbed my suitcase, and pulled out my uniform, i decided to go early, i just gotta get out this house, i put on my uniform and tip toed to the bathroom to wash up.

i turned the sink on, the water was weak, but i had to brush my teeth so i made it work.

once i was done i went back to my room to get my phone, charger and book bag.

i walked downstairs and straight to the door, "no breakfast?" i heard my dad from the kitchen.

"um.. no thank you! i might just eat at school-

"come eat scarlett." his voice went stern.

"okay.." i whisper and walked towards the kitchen, the eggs looked green.. and the pancakes were way too burnt.

"thank you!" i forced a smile, i took a small bite out of the pancakes, but he ate the whole thing in one bite..

"oh! i've gotta get going!" my eyes widen, when i really had a hour left till school started.

"you didn't finish?" my dad asked, "sorry! save it for me for later!" i wave and quickly left the house, once i got outside, it felt like i could breathe again.

i smiled and took my time to get to school, i had time anyway.

-jakes POV-

"gosh i don't even know where her dad house is." i sighed and put on my shoes,

"ask her today!" sunghoon patted my back, "she wont talk to me." i sigh,

"i wonder why." jay mumbled, "you know what, how about you speak up?" i had enough of his shit.

"i said- I wonder why! you've gotten her into trouble over some fucking random we told you not to include to the group!" he shouted,

"you know fucking what!" i got up and stormed towards him, "not in my house!" my mom shouted from the top of the stairs with her robe on,

"take it outside!" she warned, "sorry eomma." i bowed, "you two are too old to be fighting over girl drama. get your shit together!" she says and walked back to her room.

"yeah. get your shit together." jay pushed me before leaving, i let his ass stay the night in my house and he does this!?

"come on dude." niki shook his head before leaving as well,

"the fuck! am i just a burden or something?" i cover my face from stress,

"no jake. we will ALWAYS love you. you're our brother, but you can sometimes make stupid decisions. we just gotta help you man." heeseung rubbed my back.

-scarlett's POV-

as I walked to school, i felt so.. free. nothing stopping me, no worries.

i arrived to school after a quite long walk since my dad didn't live close like my mom did.

i walked up to the school door, and went inside, i immediately went to the library to charge my phone so i could have at least some battery

i looked at the missing messages and things i had,

jay <3: hey, i'm sorry you're with ur dad now, we r here if u need us, & pls.. call or text jake before he kills every1...

I smiled at the message, jake..
