It's been a couple of days since I left the house. I needed some time alone and Antonella wasn't here so I was bored all day.
It was 3 pm, I was sleeping since I didn't sleep last night at all, when Leo shouted my name.
"Marleennee!" Leo shouts
"Whaaaatt." I say
"Marleeeennee!" He again says
"Coming ugh." I say and go downstairs.
"What?" I ask him
"Today Anto is coming. We're gonna go to this pool with our friends." He says
"By 'our friends' who exactly do you mean?" I ask
"Um, Kylian, Neymar, Sergio and Maya."
"Wait. Who's Maya?" I ask him confused
"Haven't you heard? Neymar's new girlfriend's name is Maya." He tells me
"What? I didn't knew he had a girlfriend." I said. I was kinda hurt and jealous. We didn't hang out for like a week and he gets a new girlfriend. What the fuck?
"We didn't either. But yeah. Get ready by 5 pm." He says and leaves to go get Antonella.
Bro. I literally wanted to cry and scream. At first I didn't want to go but then I said 'why not?'
I thought for a moment on what to wear. I had literally 100 swimsuits. I loved summer and everyday on summer I go on different pools so that's why.
I decided I'm gonna wear this swimsuit:

Now I was all ready. It was 4:30 pm when Leo called me cause he was outside the house waiting for me.
They left their kids to their grandparents, Antonella was sitting in the passenger seat, Leo was driving, I sat in the back seat. Thankfully no one else was in the car.
"How long till we go?" I ask Leo
"20 minutes."
Ah fuck. I slept the way there.
After 20 minutes we arrived.
"We're the first ones here." Anto says
"Better being early than late." I said.
Then we started talking with Antonella, on how's our week been since it's been about a week when we last saw each other. While we were talking Neymar came. He didn't come alone.
He comes over to us and talks to us.
"Hello Marlene. Long time no see, meet my girlfriend!" He says
"Hello Neymar and hello ..?"
"Maya." She says
"Hello Maya." I smile sarcastically.

After a while, everyone came.

My thoughts got interrupted by Sergio shouting.
"Let's swim!" Sergio says.
Everyone takes off their clothes, gets in their bikinis and start swimming. Except me.
"What's wrong?" Anto asked
"Nothing, just wanna stay alone for a bit." I lied
I couldn't get in a pool where Neymar was with his girlfriend. They were having so much fun in the pool. I could hear them laughing while I was in the sun lounger overthinking.
Bum. Someone splashes me with water. I look to see who it is. The one and only Neymar Jr.
"What do you want?" I ask coldly
"Jealous too much huh?" He says as he sits next to me
"About what?" I say acting like I don't care
"Marlene, I don't love her, my manager made me date her because the medias were mad that 'I am playing with girls'." He said
Poor girl.
"Okay? Why are you telling me this?"
"Because I love you Marlene. And after 2 weeks, you will be mine." He said
I love his confidence.
"Why after 2 weeks and not now?" I ask smirking
"Cause that's what my manager says. I don't love her, she doesn't love me." He says
"Okay. Go back to the pool." I tell him
"Okay." He says and grabs me by the waist and pushes me to the pool. I was in my bikini, but I didn't want to get my hair wet.
"Fuck you!" I shout at Neymar while everyone is laughing. Not Maya tho. I can feel she's jealous of me and Neymar's friendship, even though Neymar told me they don't like each other.
After about an hour of having fun in the pool we decided to stay a little bit more in the sun lounges and then go home.
"Today was fun." Leo said
"Yeahh!" We all say
"I'm going to the bathroom." I tell Anto
Now I'm going to the bathroom and when I got out I saw Maya waiting for me.
"Hi!" I say nicely
"Listen. I know your little relationship with Neymar. I need you to stop it!" She says
"What? What relationship?" I ask
"Don't act stupid Marlene!" She says "I know you love him, but he doesn't so stop trying."
"Well, Maya right? I am so sorry but I am afraid you don't know the truth. Should we call Neymar and ask him who he loves?" I ask
"No. No need to do that. If he loved you he would be in a relationship with you and not me." She said
"We'll see after two weeks." I say. I tried to be nice but what?
I went back to the others.
"Leo can we go?" I ask him
"Why so early?" Neymar asks.

"Well okay. Can I call you a taxi because we are staying a little bit more?" Leo offers
