DJ's POV:
I blinked and looked out the window. Nothing but a bush and Dylan's tree house. Why was my mind playing tricks on me? Was it because I lied to Dawkins? Because I'm in a new place? My mind went back to reality after Dylan started scolding Dolly for breaking a lamp. I walked over to the couch and sat down. So far, I really love it here. Everything and everyone is perfect. I closed my eyes. I wanted to drift into deep sleep. I felt something rub my shoulder. I opened my eyes. It was a little, spotless Dalmatian. Delilah walked over. "That's Dorothy. The youngest in the family. So, do you like it here so far?" She asked, sitting down next to me. I nodded.
"Yeah. I love it here. It is really nice. Everyone is nice. Well, almost everyone. But, yeah, I love it here," I told my new Mum. She smiled. "Well, I'm glad. It's not everyday we adopt someone new."
Sorry for the short chapter. I've been busy and sorry it's been a while. I've just been focusing on my other stuff. Not only writing but also reading. Be safe and have a good day. Explode that star and I'll see ya in the next Chapta!

FanficDisclaimer, when I get time, I'm going to start this over. Dawkins never liked DJ from the moment they met. Despite them being brothers, they are too different from one another. Dawkins thinks music is a waste of time, but DJ still tries to impress...
