We finished the project but more has happened between us, and some how I feel that this isn't it.
After the coffee shop incident I didn't think he would ever look me in the eye again but he forgave me. We got to talking more and it turns out we have much in common. We both like Autumn the best out of the seasons, we prefer hot coffee to cold, we both have and love dogs, and surprisingly we both hate science. He said the only reason he is good at is because his father is a famous scientist who always lectures him about it. His father wants him to be this successful physicist but he actually wants to be a musician. He's really good too.
We got a 97% on the project! We both loved that. He asked me to meet him again at the coffee shop but were not going to stay there. We are going to go on a great adventure. I know I will enjoy that more than anything. I suggested my woods and he said it was perfect.
After school we walked to my house slowly, making sure not to miss the beauty all around us. No matter how beautiful the sky is it will never compare to his eyes. When we arrived we took a break in my house. It was cool and calming. He was really hot when he was walking but even hotter when he sat down. His legs were open and his mouth was open, and it was as if the world had gone quiet just to admire him.
After about half an hour we started for the woods. It was extremely green and the afternoon sun was shining through the leaves. The flowers were scattered about almost perfectly on the gravel and dirt path. He was smiling as we were talking and laughing. He has a sort of silly grin that makes the world spin. Oh how I adore him.
He reached the cliff that shows the world in all glory. The view is peaceful but the world is alive. As we breathe the birds sing and the wind blows. It reminded me of how paradise truly exists. We sat down and admired it all, well he did atleast because all I could look was him.
The sun hit us and his eyes shone an almost amber color. I wished to never let that moment slip from my mind, for me to always be able to grasp that exact feeling. "I love this Chance," I said "What?" He asked. "Everything."
I don't know what the future holds but nothing as extraordinary as this could compare. I feel its finally starting to clear. I do truly love life. All of it.
