Twins and Decisions

"Wait, I'm having twins?"

"It would seem so Mizura."

This was definitely a shock for Mizura. Sure, there was a chance, but she never figured it would happened to her. She was still very excited though. She just had to hope that John was okay with it.

"Well, thanks for the news Dr. Xi."

"Of course. If you need anything else please let me know."

"Okay. Thank you."

Mizura left the doctors office and drove home. All she could think about was John's reaction to them having twin children.

As she opened the door, John greeted Mizura with a smile. He began to tell her that they needed to have a talk.

"Where are the children John?"

"Relax, they're all napping," he seemed impatient as he said this.

"So what is this news you are talking about."

"They want Candace to start preschool with Fantina in 5 months."

"Hold the fuck up," Mizura looked at John as if he told her a stupid joke.

"Whats the problem?"

"Problems!" Mizura corrected him.

"Well what are they then."

"One, Candace just turned 3."

"So,"

"That is young for preschool."

"I think she could handle it."

"Two, the baby is due in about 4 months."

"I can take care of drop offs."

"What about picking them up?"

"I can handle that during my lunch break."

"And most importantly, we're having twins!"

"Oh my god!"

"I hope you don't mind."

"Mizura, thats incredible!"

"It is isn't it!"

"I guess we'll just have to prepare to have the twins."

"I guess so."

4 months later, we see John and Mizura in the labor room. Mizura was holding one child while John was holding the other.

One child held by Mizura had hazel eyes, brown hair, and was smaller than the other twin. This girls name, was Liza. She was born 15 minutes before her sibling.

The other child held by John had blue eyes, shorter brown hair, and was a little larger than the other twin. His name was Tate. He was born after his older sister.

"They are both so beautiful."

"Agreed Mizura. We are so blessed."

"Eh,"

"What is it Dr. Xi?" Mizura was beginning to get worried.

"Its nothing bad, but it it certainly interesting."

"Well than, what is it?"

"Your twins are connected brain wise and both share telekinetic powers."

"So basically, they can each know what the other is thinking, right?" Mizura was definitely shocked hearing her children had telekinetic powers.

"That is correct Mizura."

"This is astounding!" John replied to this new knowledge of his children.

"Indeed!" Mizura said.

After about one week, Fantina and Candace began preschool. John dropped the two off at Riverport Preschool.

"Be safe you two!" John mentioned after he had kissed his children goodbye.

John began to tear up. He had realized that his children were growing up. He wanted them to always be safe. He would do anything to make sure they don't get hurt. Even at the cost of his own life.
