Lightbulb groaned as her eyes slowly opened. Blinded by the light above her, she squinted.

"Am... am I dead?" She asked herself. She heard a sigh of relief from a familiar voice. She slowly turned her head over, meeting eyes with Test Tube. She was confused, how was she not dead?

"How do you feel?" Test Tube questioned her friend, hoping she succeeded.

"Erm... I don't know." Lightbulb turned her body to the side. "What happened?"

Test Tube awkwardly smiled, hoping she didn't screw up her friends brain.

"Do you remember anything from before you woke up?" Lightbulb began to think, then shaking her head.

"Well, I guess poor memory should be expected after having your brain impaled." Lightbulb raised an eyebrow, then shrugged. She sat herself up and got off the table.

"Woah-! I wouldn't get up so quickly if I were you." Lightbulb raised her finger, about to say something. Instead of speaking, she wobbled. She quickly grabbed onto the table. Test Tube rolled her eyes playfully.

"C'mon, sit down." Lightbulb shook her head. "I can stand."

She inspected the lab, yet couldn't find what she was looking for.

"Do you need something?" Lightbulb nodded. "A mirror." Test Tube raised her eyebrows. Why would she want a mirror? Nonetheless, she dug into her bag and pulled out a mirror.

Lightbulb grabbed it and stared into her reflection.

"Huh.. no wonder why my vision is so terrible." She examined her left eye with her right, then smiled.

"I look silly!" She giggled at herself.

"Well, I'm glad you're not devastated knowing you're now blind in an eye." Lightbulb paused.

"Oh yeah.. I guess I am!" She put the mirror down.

"How long do I have to wear this stupid bandage for?" She poked the bandage. Test Tube slapped her hand. "Don't touch them!"

     "Answer my question!" Lightbulb whined.

Test Tube thought for a second before replying. "At least a month for now, yet I'll need to replace the bandaging every night." Lightbulb sighed.

"Oh well, I guess I'm stuck looking like this for awhile."
