The Disappointments Of The Black Family

At breakfast the morning after Lyra had gotten a letter from her parents. She opened it and read to herself

Lyra Cassiopeia Black, you are a disappointment to this family just like your twin. We want to remind you though that you are still a part of this family and it's important to keep your appearance on top. Our family friends in Slytherin will keep a watch on you and report everything you do back to your father and I.
You already apparently look like youv gain weight, I have to have a talk with the house Elf about what he feed you while we were gone, now make sure you don't gain more weight as that is unbecoming of a woman from our family.

Do not become like your twin! We are severely disappointed at you, and If you continue to disappoint us we will no longer call you our kid.

Remember what happened at your grandma's when you disobeyed. We might do the same to you.

Lyra sighed, not even here, away from her grandma would she escape the talk/ lectures of her weight.

Sirius who had read the letter over her shoulders said very quietly to her

"What happened at grandmas?"

"Not now, and absolutely not here Sirius"

He nodded and understood so he jus gave her a hug from the side.

He started to grab food and saw that she didn't, he remembered what his mother had written in the letter. And so he took matters into his own hands, and started scooping up food on her plate. She looked at him annoyed

"Arrête, qu'est-ce que tu crois que tu fais ?" (Translation: stop, what do you think you're doing)

"Vous donner de la nourriture, quelqu'un doit s'assurer que vous mangez"  (Translation: giving you food, someone has to make sure you eat)

"je n'ai pas faim!" ( I'm not hungry)

"Connerie! Arrête de mentir!" (Bullshit, stop lying)

"Je ne mens pas" (I'm not lying)

"Just eat ur damn food,petite merde! (You little shit)

She rolled her eyes and started eating

"Putain enfin!" Sirius said (fucking finally)

Then both twins looked up and saw their friends just gaping back at them

"What?!"

"What do you mean by what!! You're  speaking fucking french "

"Well yes, prongs! I've told you before that I spoke french"

"I know, I just haven't heard you speak it before"

"Well, get used to It, this one"- he pointed at Lyra "- usually speaks french when she gets angry, or annoyed, or are just speaking to me"

"Cul!" She said annoyed

"That's means arse!" Sirius said

Then Peter turned to him

"How come you speak french so fluently?"

But Lyra was the one answering

"We have relatives from France, and our parents though that it's a much better language, so we grew up speaking french"

"Ooh, I see"

"French sounds very sexy" Marlene said

"Really?" Sirius gave her a wink
