Kyle's POV**
I never once believed that there was someone who could just ignore my anger all together like this man who is now my foster father.
He's scary when he's nice and it's unpredictable. I hate that I can't tell what he's going to do next. Like just after breakfast I was told I could go lay down in his room until my room was finished being remodeled for me. He came in and laid down with me hugging me because I told the staff at the facility I hate being alone and they put that on my records.
And now here we are just inches apart from our bodies touching.
The others went to college classes down the road which is practically a 30 minute drive but still don't have to live here for invading their parents'space.

"I think you lied to me Kyle", he said breaking the silence.
Kyle looked over to the man puzzled by his statement.
"What?"
"No kid who says they didn't get raped would have another man's semen in his pants", he firmly said.
"You owe me an apology Kyle", he said laughing to himself.
"No one told you to be nosy Mr. Officer", Kyle said back to him.
"Are you talking back to me?"
"We are having a conversation, yes?" Kyle said sarcastically.
The officer laughed sitting up hovering over Kyle who shut up fast staring back into his blue eyes.
"Why be so difficult, little kitten?"
"You're on me"
"You don't have to state the obvious every time",the officer spoke in a deeper voice that ranged through Kyle's body.
"Also, you should tell me why you lied to Tyler earlier about your age", he spoke again getting closer.
"He wouldn't believe me even if I told him. Besides being still labeled in the fostering program is still wrong. I should be in the mental hospital, right?" Kyle said back getting a bit agitated.
"No, from laws here, you aren't an adult until you turn 21. You are 19 which gives you some benefits such as getting a job or getting a driver's permit."
"Doesn't mean I'll do any of that, I was fine living in the streets before"
The officer sighed touching Kyle's pink lips gently leaning down to kiss him. But stopped short noticing Kyle's breathing almost stopped.
"Is it true Kyle?" He asked before doing anything else.
"Were you raped? Don't make me ask you again", he stated more harshly making Kyle flinch from his demand.
"Y-yes", he said quietly.
"That's, yes Dad", the officer stated.
"Y-yes Dad", Kyle complied silently.
The officer didn't move, nor did Kyle until Kyle gripped the man's shirt as if asking him for a favor.
"Do you want me to kiss you", he asked leaning down again.
Kyle just turned his head clearly giving the message to 'Dad' about his non-interest to kiss him.
"I wouldn't kiss a married man, let alone someone who is saying he's my Dad", Kyle spoke under his breath.
"Even if I were to say I'm bisexual", the officer questioned back.
"What"
The man chuckled landing another kiss on Kyle's lips more passionately this time not breaking the hold on Kyle who tries to push the man off. But didn't budge. Soon giving in to the mix of their saliva and intoxicated aroma took over the boy's body.
He moved against the man's lips breathing heavily as his legs were forced open so the man could gain more access.
The man breaks the kiss to let Kyle breathe. Leaving Kyle flushed with a red stained look.
"You look so cute when you're flustered", the man said backing away.
"D-Dad..", Kyle stuttered sitting up seeing the man walk out the room.
****Kyle's POV****
That fucker got to me again. Even this time he kissed me without my consent. I'm going to leave this crazy place before it gets out of hand.
I'm sure there's some other home I can go to.
This city is relatively new and not many should know about me. Well besides the police department.
******
Kyle got up from the bed and snuck out as the was no sight of the man who he claims had assaulted him. He didn't see the cop's car out front either.
There wasn't a rule for Kyle that told him he had to stay in the condo. So he took the risk, again.
Walking down the warm road with the gravel stabbing at his feet since he wasn't given shoes or his shoes from the facility. It's not like it bothered him being that he used to run away from his foster homes when he was younger.
He came up to a small supermarket, which carried some free giveaways. Not that it was going to be there all day either. Kyle went to each vendor that would either give him something for free or ask for a trade of what he already has.
He ended up with a bag full of tight jeans, a jacket and t-shirts that hang low below his waist line.
But through his scavenger hunt for little trinkets, he felt a gaze that that left a shudder down his spine.
Kyle turned around not seeing anyone suspicious and continued talking to the kind small Asian lady handing him a small platter of frief chicken with duck sauce and some other contents he couldn't name. But it tasted good when he sat on a bench watching some children at the park across the street.
The feeling came back stronger to his spine as he looked back quickly seeing an older gentleman standing at the tree with a sketch pad and pen.
"Stalking me won't get you anywhere, I don't have money-"
"I know", the stranger spoke softly but with an order tone.
"I know you live with the Parker family and that you were recently taken in".
"How do you know that?" Kyle ask standing up now facing the stranger completely.
"Well you said it yourself, I'm a 'stalker'." He said looking up from his pad then walked over to Kyle slowly.
Kyle stepped back a bit distancing from the stranger.
"I'm not going to hurt you, I just need your advice on something", he ushered as the pad flipped around revealing a simple sketch of Kyle smiling holding clothes in his hand.
