Chap 19

Y/n was texting back and forth with Jenna since she left, by the looks of it she was going to get home really late, they had to film various scenes.
She didn't feel sad or anything, y/n is very profesional at she does, she knew that Jenna's job was consuming and took a lot of hours.
She decided to be productive here at their little home , she thinks Jenna would like to come home to a clean house and a really nice dinner and maybe to watch movies if she was up to it .

"NO FUCKING WAY JEN" Emma yelled excitedly clapping jumping up and down, Hunter had his mouth wide open in shock "o gotta text my husband this " he said as he excused himself quickly "SHHHH!! Keep it down Emma! " Jenna covered her mouth smiling, Emma only spoke muffled since her mouth was covered, she couldn't believe her ship was sailing, it was happening right in front of her, they made such a cute couple, they were so cute !!! She was so happy for Jenna and glad she was told and not had to find out other ways "Oh my god but the fact that you spoke with her mom is crazy??? " Jenna nodded feeling embarrassed, but it was that or not knowing what to do " Who's mom did you speak to?" Joy said smiling as she sat down looking at the pair of friends, Emma could only look at Jenna for her to answer "I'm just telling her of something that happened years ago, I was in walking around LA and saw Taylor's swifts mom" she quickly lied, she didn't want to tell everyone without y/n's consent, but since it was Emma and hunter it was fine but joy knowing this ? It wouldn't be alright that's for sure "No way? That's crazy, was she nice ?" Jenna quickly nodded smiling "Yeah! I wonder if she would recognize me if she saw me now cause I was really young" joy nodded, something felt....fishy, but she let it slide, she looked around frowning feeling a bit sad "what's wrong joy? You mood changed quickly " Emma asked looking a bit concerned, she was genuinely concerned, she was such a nice person "I'm so used to seeing y/n around up and down, I've been meaning to ask her out but the universe doesn't want me to ask her apparently " The both girls had wide eyes at her confession, Jenna decided to stay silent
I'm sorry Joy, she's with me
She thought as she looked at her phone "Yeah I miss her too, plus she makes killer milkshakes " Emma pointed out "But maybe it is the universe not wanting that to happen" she quickly added, she was team Jenna all the way but she had to play it cool " Maybe it is, if it happens it'll happen then it means it's meant to be I guess " Jenna was to quiet, Joy side eyed her, see? Fishy I'm telling you  "what do you think Jenna?"
"To be honest, I'm just really hungry and zoned out, I miss y/n too and her amazing meals " she said avoiding the whole date thing Joy nodded, it was late and they haven't ate since like 3 pm
"Jenna Emma your next!" Someone called .

Y/n had cleaned every corner, every spot of the house, she really liked cleaning, it made her feel productive and the fact that she was cleaning for someone she liked made it even better, the dinner was all ready , the table was set, she made natural water, an agua fresca, maybe you'd know it by that , it was Horchata, she made it vegan, she replaced the milk with almond milk, it turned out very delicious

Both of them smiled as they read their texts
Y/n had prepared water for her to shower, she knew she'd want to do that as soon as she got there .

And she was right, the minute Jenna opened the door she hugged y/n and asked if there was hot water, she went directly to the shower.
Y/n who patiently waited served the dinner and their glasses of Horchata.
Jenna didn't take long, she had waited all day to be with y/n, she really did miss her, who knew at first she was ashamed of her being there, now she missed her
"Wow the house is really clean " Jenna commented looking around, everything was shining, it smelled nice and clean "Thank you for washing my clothes and everything" (except underwear) 
Y/n smiled feeling happy "dinner is served, I hope you like horchata and yes, it's vegan don't worry, everything is "
Jenna's heart fluttered, y/n was winning her heart every single god damn day and she was loving it.

They proceed to sit down and talk about each others day, Jenna wanted to comment on what Joy said but decided not to, it wasn't her place, yes she saw her as a threat and felt jealous but it wasn't her place to say that
"I really missed you today" Jenna whispered staring at y/n "I missed you to, it was weird not being 24/7 with you " y/n answered truthfully, she had gotten so used to her presence "What are we?" Y/n asked before Jenna could answer "I'd really like to take you out on more dates, actually this is one " she said scratching the back of her head, she was nervous, she hoped Jenna wanted what she wanted "I'd like that, a lot, let's say...we're seeing each other and getting know each other better" she said smiling as she reached for y/n's hand, who grabbed hers back without hesitation "would you like people to know ?" Jenna asked "I signed an NDA i think it's all up to you if you want people to know, but I really can't say anything " she said a bit sad, Jenna understood, and was thankful with her manager that did that, she was very private and selective in her life "Okay we'll see then" she said pecking y/n's hand.
