(Present Time)

A gust of wind hit my face, while I stood on the cold floor. My eyes filled up as a few tears fell against the ground.

Everything was messed up. I should've stopped Jayden back then, none of it would've happened then. I could feel my emotions storming on me.

Guilt, sadness, regret. If I had made a mistake not stopping him back then, I'm gonna make up for my mistakes now.

"Don't you wanna reconsider your decision now, Jayden?" I spoke above a whisper. There was no need to be loud, the room was almost deserted--except Jayden and my friends, as we were being held prisoners by the Dark Realm.

It really wasn't much of a big deal, we could jailbreak easily. But. . . I had to stop Jayden now. It's now or never. He was going to interrupt world peace, even though his reasons were reasonable.

"I don't. Haven't I told you already?" He said, and then sighed. "Listen, I think you know facing me is ridiculous. I'm not your enemy, I won't harm you. Just don't get in my way, and I'll remember you forever, even when my goal is achieved."

He sounded sweet, like a very charismatic person. Though he made a mistake thinking I would get convinced.

I blocked his way as he attempted to move a step forward towards the door.

"Oh please, Jayden. Did you really think you'd be that lucky? That you can just, get away with all that? A piece of shit like you?" I retorted.

"Come on, Ayako. I don't mean to fight you." He continued with the Mr. Smooth Talker act.

"Oh, I'll be pleased. Come, fight me." I stepped back, ready to defend. But he wasn't ready to fight.

"No! I don't have time for this. You should understand how important this is for me."

"I'm not getting brainwashed this time. And I know you don't want to do this." I held his hand, "Trust me, you don't. It's not worth it, you don't have to do this."

He hesitated but gained back his composure. He withdrew his hand. "Do you think I haven't considered this? Of course, I took my time and I'm not emotional like you all. I never thought about anyone else but me."

I lowered my eyes filled with rage. I held back my fist. "No. . . You liar. You do care." I turned my back towards him and started walking away.

"Wait, where are you going?" Myura asked.

I ignored her and continued walking small and slow steps. "I think you're under a curse, Jayden. That's my theory."

I walked and walked, until I stopped abruptly. I turned towards him again, his face bore a curious expression. He knew I was upto something.

"The sad part is," I continued, "I've tried breaking it, it doesn't work. And now I don't have time left to stop you. Though, I do have time left to end you."

And with that, I thrust myself to the ground, concentrating all my powers on my palms. And with one blow, all my elemental magic broke through the ground, striking Jayden directly. He didn't have enough time to react, so he fell back with a blow.

"AGHHHHH! AYAKO, ARE YOU MAD!??"

I dashed towards him, literally leaping on him. Concentrating all powers on my fist, my punch was blocked by him.

"STOP!" He frantically yelled as I punched his shield non stop, "YOU'RE GOING CRAZY. RIKO, MYURA, STOP HER!"

"Your attempts are futile, Jayden." Myura spoke proudly. "Need a hand, Ayako? I'm assuming not, because I know you want to end him yourself."
