You paced around at the base of the play structures in anxiety. It had been five minutes since Sun had disappeared and there was no sign of him except for the occasional shuffling noise which had stopped as well. Three minutes ago.

Maybe he got stuck somewhere? Maybe he's lost? Or worse... what if there really was something in the play structures and you unintentionally sent Sun to his demise?

You shook your head as if to get rid of that silly thought. Your imagination was running away with you again. You checked the clock on your phone for what seemed like the millionth time. Seven minutes...

Where could he have gone?

"All clear, Miss!"

You suddenly heard the chirpy voice you've been anticipating and you quickly snapped your head in the direction where it came from.

"Sun! You scared me. What took you so long," you gasped.

Sun was peaking out at you from a small window at the highest point of the play structures. His face was obscured by the safety net and the darkness of the tunnels, yet you could still make out the frown on his face.

"I didn't mean to frighten you, but there's nothing up here, Miss. You don't need to worry."

"Alright just... get down here. Quickly," you spoke.

He nodded and before long, he reappeared in one of the tunnels. The first thing that caught your attention, was Sun's hair. You remembered tying it up, but you could not get a view of him from the front. Now that you could see him clearly, he almost seemed angelic. Short, loose strands of hair framed his sapphire blue eyes and he appeared to be glowing, even in the darkness of the tunnel. Sun didn't seem to realize you staring, however, as he sat at the entrance, swinging his feet as if he was lost in thought. It was quite cute.

"Penny for your thoughts?" You asked as you sat down on the plush floor opposite of him.

Sun hesitated, his eyes afraid to meet yours, "I... I didn't want to scare you," he said, voice barely above a whisper.

"You're still on about that? Forget it. It's not that big of a deal... really. I was just worried that there might be something in the tunnels. It was just silly paranoia."

"It won't happen again," Sun spoke.

"Alright."

With that, Sun visibly perked up. He sat a little taller and could finally meet your gaze, "is there anywhere else you want to check?"

"There is no point in checking anymore. Unless we find some solid evidence that someone broke into the daycare, it's pointless. Maybe I'm just overly worried," you sighed and looked down at the ground, running a hand through your hair, "I mean the doctors did say that it might just be a glitch in their computers..."

Sun put a hand on your shoulder upon seeing your saddened look as if he was trying to say something. You unconsciously looked back up at him, and Sun could only hold your gaze for a mere second before he quickly retrieved his hand and looked over to the side, his cheeks dusted with a light pink blush.

"Don't worry, Miss, we'll definitely find something," he said, before suddenly shaking his head, "no! What I mean is... we'll definitely get to the bottom of this. I- I don't mean it like that... I hope that we don't find anything! Oh my gosh... I'm going to stay quiet."

You let out a small laugh and reached out to give a small pat on his knee, "Don't worry too much. I know what you mean."

His blush seemed to deepen upon your words.

"So... do you remember where Ryan fainted? Maybe we can start looking there?"

Sun seemed relieved as you changed the subject, and he animatedly looked around, scurrying his brain to remember, "I think it was somewhere over... there," he said, pointing in the general direction.
