i am writing this the morning after i finished the final chapter, and i am still in shock from finishing this.
this book is/was my baby, and i love it. i grew to figure out my way to write the characters, and i've written over 30k words in the master doc.
i've grown to love writing this book, and it's storyline, but there's no actual reason for me to do a second book, and i think i'll write another xiaoven book, soon.
this book taught me alot about writing for a new fandom. i used to write for hermitcraft, empires smp, third life, and more, but now i've moved on.
reading the first few chapters, and the last few, you can tell how i've grown.
and to think this book was just about how a boy (xiao) was manipulated, feared the world, and then found someone. (venti.)
seriously though, i swear i didn't know jack i was writing when i started.

months later, after I finished this book, I still come back to it. This was the first book I finished for Genshin, that I posted on here without deleting or publishing.
I still love this book, and someday I will return to it, possibly write a prequel if I feel like it, but for now, I'm going to sign off on this book for the final time.
