More Than Just One Night

Gender Reveal Party

The next day, Y/N is building the area for Lizzie to do her gardening. Lizzie is making them breakfast again knowing Y/N probably hasn't eaten since he's been up two hours and has been outside the entire time.

She brings their breakfast out for them, along with juice and some fruits. She looks over at Y/N waiting for him to finish hitting the nail.

"Baby. Come get breakfast."

"Coming love."

He puts the hammer down and puts his hands up at the wood not noticing Lizzie still watching him.

"Stay."

She chuckles as he runs over to her, pulling her chair out and pushing her in.

"My handsome weirdo."

He smiles a toothy grin before kissing her head and sitting across from her. 

"And my beautiful girlfriend who doesn't have to keep making me breakfast."

"I wouldn't have to if you remembered to get breakfast."

They both scrunch their noses before giggling. Y/N cuts up his food before cutting up Lizzie's.

"Why did you cut my food?"

"So we can hold hands while we eat."

He holds her hand while eating making her chuckle at him.

"You're adorable."

"And you have the beauty of a goddess."

She smiles adoringly at him which he returns.

"Scarlett's taking me to get stuff for gardening. Don't forget you have to get the stuff for the gender reveal party tomorrow."

"I know baby."

He kisses her hand making her smile. The two continue to eat their breakfast before Lizzie heads inside and Y/N heads back to finishing the fencing for Lizzie's garden and the shared one for the kid.

Scarlett arrives to take Lizzie for gardening stuff while Y/N finishes the fencing. Once he finishes he leaves to get the stuff for the gender reveal party.

Lizzie returns home first, unlocking the door to their home before heading inside. As Lizzie sits watching TV, she hears the front door open followed by excited giggles.

"You okay there baby?"

Lizzie pauses her show before walking out to see Y/N with everything they need for the gender reveal tomorrow.

"I'm so excited."

He puts the stuff in the kitchen as she follows him. 

"I can tell."

He chuckles, walking to her and giving her a kiss. He lifts up her top before getting on his knees and kissing her stomach.

"Five more months."

"I can't wait."

The two of them smile at each other as Y/N stands up. They head into the living room to watch the show Lizzie was watching. 

That night, the two of them head to bed. Lizzie is sitting up reading her book while Y/N is laying down with his head by her stomach as he kisses it and strokes his thumb over her stomach gently. 

"Lizzie, my love."

"Yes Y/N?"

She puts her bookmark in and puts the book down looking at Y/N as she plays with his hair. 

"We should think of baby names."

"Shouldn't we wait till the baby is born?"

He looks up at her.
