I rubbed my eyes as mom finished taking pictures of me in my cap and gown. "I can't believe you graduated with honors!" She smiled proudly. "Told you just because I dress in black doesn't mean I don't do my work mom" I smirked and she apologizes. Tomorrow I leave for the senior trip and i couldn't wait! Finally I'll get to be away from my siblings and— "I got some good news for you by the way sweetie your sister has volunteered to chaperone" mom said and my smile went. "WHAT?! OH COME ON I NEVER GET TO DO THINGS LIKE THIS ALONE!!!! PLEASE DONT LET HER COME!!!!" I yelled clearly pissed. "Sorry son a grown up vampire must go and it was agreed with the other parents since we can't expose ourselves to mortals." Dad said and I growled. "Then why not manic...." I asked. "A responsible grown up vampire" my parents said together and i storm off to my room. "FUCKING HELL!!!!" I tossed my cap on the ground and crossed my arms. Looks like I'm spending my damn trip with my sister. Yippee.....
Me and Sonia arrived at the shuttle bus meet up at the school and I walked over to silver and Amy who were making out between the buses. "Careful don't let Sonia catch you" I said pouting. "Wait your sister is coming?" Amy said and I nodded. "Oh come on her?" Silver groaned. "Welp our get away just got lame" Amy said. We all head to the meeting circle where everyone was told who's the chaperones for emergencies or other things. We were also informed that we will be joined by the senior class of the high school next town over. The group of students arrived and I was shocked when I saw him. His fur was red as blood, eyes the color of lavender, and a well built body. Yet I recognize him and I couldn't believe it was him. It was the same echidna I dreamt about and drawn! He was real! Silver and Amy noticed him as well I quickly turned away before he looked over. Yet I did notice a black and red hedgehog and two tail fox walk up to him then the three talk. They were joined by a purple cat who kisses the hedgehog. We were given our seat numbers and started to board the buses. I sat in my assigned seat waiting to see who I was stuck with for the next two months. I just hope it'll be someone I could tolerate since they wanted us to make new friends too. Then he approached and my heart just started racing. "Mind if I squeeze past you?" He asked and I blushed. "DAMN IT HES SEATED NEXT TO ME?! FUCK!" I thought but scooted over. When he took the seat next to the window I caught a whiff of his scent. He smelt like pure maple and pine. It was a very nice scent making me feel more drawn to him. I looked over seeing him look out the buss window and my heart stopped.
