Ruiling's pov

The sky above us roared mercilessly, informing us about an upcoming downfall, people rushed past and through in search of a roof before they witness the rain. I don't  know why people don't like rain, that calmness that washes over me while I hear the soft patting of rain knocking on my window, see the droplets racing amongst themselves to fall down on the roof of every house, the darkness the clouds brings before thundering it's way through the night, the petrichor that washes over my nose and bring a sudden calmness in my body. The soft cool breeze, winding its way through the city, rustling my hair along the way.

I felt relaxed and calm, knowing the girl I fell in love with, was in my arms safe and sleeping soundly while being wrapped around the warmth that my arms produce. She would snuggle closer to me whenever there was a gush of breeze making its way through the open window, how she would twitch her fingers whenever I would run my hand across her bushy curls, how her eyes would stir awake just to search for me if I was still with her.

The downfall reminds me of her.

The soft patters of the rain softly knocked on my head, wetting my black locks. I pulled up my hood before looking beside me at the frail figure, he also had his hood on while he seemed to not care much about rain. We walked down the street, making our way to the near by café.

The bell above the café door jingled, announcing that someone had entered through the door, he held open the door for me. The warmth and the smell of brewed coffee washed over me, the water droplets fell down on the floor but no one seemed to care. We walked through the café, Taehyung waved a hand at the waitress who was coming to get our order.

"Not now, Lucy." he rasped in his deep voice, making the waitress bow her head down. We sat on a small round table, my eyes zeroing on him, he raised his eyebrow at me. He sighed, "What do you want to know about him?"

"Well to be honest, I want to go in his mafia because I want to know about his relatives." I declared. He kept his hands on the table before leaning forward towards me and narrowing his eyes, as if he found me weird.

"You do know that it would be dangerous once they find out that you are an assassin." he warned.

"I don't give a fuck about that, I don't care if I die or not. I just want to get to know about Yugyeom and his mafia pack, once that's done, I'll head out." I retorted, again feeling another headache crippling up to my head, making me feel worse. He scoffed, "It isn't that easy to go in, it takes up your mental health, your strength, your body, everything to go inside. It would be your lucky shot if do get to know anyone from the inside circle. They'll kill you on the spot once they find out who you really are." he said while pointing his finger guns at me.

"Like I said I don't fucking care if I die or not and I'll do anything to get in even if it means to sacrifice my body for that." I replied without even realising, getting distracted by the headache, making me feel dizzy again.

He gasped while standing up abruptly and slamming his hands on table, catching some attention from the others while they threw glares and weird stares at him. I looked up at him, before looking around and then making a eye contact with him to silently tell him to sit the fuck down, but he did the opposite.

"I just got an idea. You better be ready to sacrifice your body. Well people would die to get hands on those boobies, I mean they are a perfect C no one would deny them-" this man really had the guts to say that out loud, even though he knew there are children in here. He cuts himself off, realising that he's in public and now he's embarrassed.

I looked around me, some parents covered their children's ears, some people laughed at him. He sat down slowly with a soft pink tint colouring his face, "So you already checked me out, huh?" I inquired while I leaned back on my seat and a smirk played on my lips, noticing the pink tint grow more on his cheeks, while he widened his eyes at me. I looked up and down at him,
