first off, thank you for taking the time to read these poems. i appreciate it.

secondly, there are two parts. part one, titled sleeping, displays the darker poems. the trauma, the grief, the coping i've done over the years. it deals with my past, and my depression, and how i've struggled through it all. part two, the dreaming, is more optimistic, trying to find the beauty and meaning in life. it has a whimsical feel to it as well - some of these poems are me imagining what the universe would tell me if it could speak. while still struggling, i've come to see the beauty in life, and found ways to move forward.

thirdly, while i like the title, i have hesitations about it and i want to know your opinion. (i do have plans to try to publish this particular collection. i'll be updating when i do.)

so here were my thoughts:

i. this current title, with these current sections.

ii. letters home to a grave (sections: the letters, the grave, coming home). i did use this title initially. if you saw it, did you think it fit?

iii. achilles come home (the soldier, the child, the home).

iv. eternity unraveled (the cord, the mess, the unraveling)

i hope you enjoy, and please remember to be respectful.
