Series 3 Rewrite with a Baby

Prologue

This is my first story so please be nice. If I am doing something wrong do tell me. All constructive criticism is welcome. Also the name is awful if you have a better idea please comment and tell me.
The Doctor was standing in the TARDIS with his daughter Petra in a sling. It was a few days after the battle of Canary Warf and the Doctor had just found a crack in the universe that he could send a message through.
He had set the TARDIS into orbit around super nova. He pushed a button on the TARDIS console, and a hazy image of a beach popped into view.
A ghostly Rose was walking towards him wearing a black leather jacket and looking exhausted.
She said, "You look like a ghost."
"Hold on" The Doctor said before using the sonic screwdriver to solidify the image.
"Can I?" Rose said raising a hand as if to touch the Doctor
"I'm still just an image. No touch." He said sadly
Petra woke up and reached up, clearly asking Rose to pick her up.
"Can't you come through properly?" Rose begged desperate to comfort her daughter.

"The whole thing would fracture. Two universes would collapse."
"So?"
"Where are we? Where did the gap come out?"
"We're in Norway."
"Norway. Right."
"About fifty miles out of Burgen. It's called 'Darlig Ulv Stranden"
"Dalek?" The Doctor said, worried.
"Darlig. It's Norwegian for bad. This translates as Bad Wolf Bay. How long have we got?"
"About two minutes."
"I can't think of what to say."
"You've still got Mister Mickey, then?" With only a hint of jealousy.
"There's five of us now. Mum, Dad, Mickey and the baby."
"You're not?"
"Yeah I'm pregnant again, three months gone. More Tylers on the way"
"And how are you?"
"Yeah, I'm back to working in the shop."
"Oh, good for you." He said clearly surprised by the answer.
"Shut up. No, I'm not. There's still a Torchwood on this planet. It's open for business. I think I know a thing or two about aliens."
"Rose Tyler, Defender of the Earth. You're dead, officially, back home. So many people died that day and you've gone missing. You're on a list of the dead. Here you are, living a life day after day."
"Am I ever going to see you and Petra again?"
"You can't."
"What're you two going to do?"
"Oh, I've got the Tardis. Same old life, last of the Time Lords."
"You've still got Petra, and she is part time lord, remember to tell her about me."
"I will."
" I love you, remember that and remember it is not your fault."
"Oh Rose Tyler, my pink and yellow human, I"
And then the crack on the universe closed and the image faded, leaving the Doctor standing in the TARDIS, a tear running down his cheek, holding his daughter close to his chest. Suddenly, a woman wearing a white dress and a veil appeared on the TARDIS.
"What?" Exclaimed the Doctor,
The woman turned around,
"Oh" she said
"What?" The Doctor said again
"Who are you" the woman yelled
"But"
"Where am I, eh"
"What?"
"WHAT THE HELL IS THIS PLACE"
"What?"
