I walked away to get a ice pack for Hyunjin's wrist, when I came back he was sleeping peacefully in my boyfriend's arms. I smiled slightly and sat down again next to the now sleeping boy. I carefully took his wrist and placed it on his body to place the ice pack there. He whimpered a little, but fell silent some time later and slept peacefully. Jeongin looked at me and whispered, "Baby? Won't the others come over tomorrow?" I thought for a moment and then nodded. "Is that even a good idea? I mean because of Hyunjin.." he said. I looked at him questioningly until he explained himself. "Earlier when I was running the bath water for him, I knelt in front of him with two different types of shampoo. We would normally say we don't care and just use any scent. But Hyunjin stared at the two shampoo bottles for quite a while until he then decided on the strawberry-scented shampoo.. do you know what I'm getting at?" He asks me and only now did it click for me. "Baby, are you saying that Hyunjinnie is probably a little?" Innie nodded. "Now that you mention it, that would explain the second bag... there are clothes in there and I'm guessing he had a bit of an accident there..." I said thoughtfully.
We looked at the sleeping boy, then back at ourselves, so I took my phone out of my pocket and wrote to our group. After that I put my phone away and freed my boyfriend from the sleeping one so he could change. After he put on something comfortable, we swapped and I put on something comfortable. When we both had different clothes on, we lay down a little differently with Hyunjin and watched a movie without waking the boy. From about the fourth film, we both got more and more tired, until we finally fell asleep too.
I woke up in the middle of the night hearing strange noises. I rubbed my eyes briefly and then got up to see what the noises were. I followed them and came out in our hallway, looking closer I saw Hyunjin trying to find his shoes in the dark. "Hyunjinnie?..." I whispered, scaring the shit out of him causing first his injured hand to hurt and second he seemed to have slipped into his headspace. He started crying, which in turn woke Innie, who turned on the lights and ran straight over. I had Hyunjin in my arms to calm him down when Innie ran away again. With the upset boy I went back into the living room, where Innie suddenly threw down a diaper, pacifier and a baby bottle. "You make him a bottle, I'll take care of the little one and his little mini accident and try to calm him down.." I nodded and so we switched roles, he took Hyunjinnie out of my arms and I grabbed the baby bottle to make him something to eat.
With the finished bottle I went back into the living room to my boyfriend who was sitting there with the little one on his lap making him giggle. "Baby, here's Jinnie's bottle." I said and handed it to him, when the name Jinnie was mentioned, the little one looked at me with his pacifier in his mouth and grinned. I grinned back and ruffled his hair, Innie sat up and laid Jinnie down to feed him. I looked at him and slowly pulled his pacifier out of his mouth, which made him want to put his fingers in it, but Jeingin was faster and put the bottle in his mouth. His eyes lit up as he felt the warm liquid in his mouth. He grinned at us from behind the bottle and then you could watch him slowly falling asleep again. Innie swapped the empty bottle for the pacifier and so we lay back down with the baby and fell asleep.
