TWs: A cliff (nothing explicit happens there, but it's a cliff), death of a loved one/graves, crying, and mentioned experiments/shooting. Stay safe :)

"What do you mean he's gone?" Edd asked Pat in the early morning.

"That's what the lady said. He turned into a pink- monster thing and just left." Pat spoke, also baffled and concerned, as he paced the room.

Matt looked up from where he was drinking milk, wide-eyed.

"Pink monster? Kind of like Tom?" Edd asked.

Pat stopped, "Yeah, exactly like Tom..."

Matt slowly sipped his drink, pretending he had no idea what they were talking about.

"Matt... was there more to that file?" Edd looked at him.

"Maybe..." The ginger mumbled.

Edd sighed, exasperated.

"What do you mean he's missing?" Tord asked Edd.

"He turned into a pink monster and busted through a window." Edd shrugged, "He shares the monster DNA with Tom from what I read in the file."

"What...?" Tord was beyond confused. He knew about Tom having monster DNA, but Pau? He had no idea.

"Do you know where he might go when he's angry or stressed?" Edd inquired.

The Norsk thought momentarily, "There is a cliff he mentioned. I think it's near the army base."

"A cliff?" Edd furrowed his eyebrows in concern.

"Ah, yeah. Pat told him many times to stay away from it, but Pau won't listen."

The taller nodded before sending texts to Pat and Matt about where Pau might be.

Pau looked at his bandaged hands as he sat at the edge of the cliff that overlooked the sea.

He then stood up, his legs shaking abit as he headed to a tall tree. He placed a palm against it to keep his balance before going forward. He stopped at a monument in the ground, going around it to see the inscription.

He slowly sat beside the grave, speaking softly, "Hello, ma'am..."

There was no response as he chuckled slightly.

"I know you hated to be called ma'am since it made you feel old, but it felt awkward calling you by your first name."

His garnet-red eyes peered over at the other grave a few feet away.

"How are you and Dr. Theresa? I know you guys were close, considering you wanted to be buried next to her..." Pau frowned as he sighed, "I should've been stronger; even Tord can handle himself better than me."

There was a chuckle behind him, "I highly doubt that."

Pau jerked up, looking at where the voice came from.

Pat stood there, looking like he hadn't slept in a month. He slowly walked forward, glancing at the grave, "Care to introduce me?"

Pau smiled abit, "This is Tord's mother, the most talented and inspiring person I know."

Pat sat down across from him, "Were you close?"

The ruffled brunet nodded, "She was my hero; she saved me every day from my idiocy."
