I was running late to class this morning because Wooyoung wouldn't shut up about his date with San. I almost didn't get to finish my breakfast. Luckily I entered the classroom right before our teacher could enter. "Okay class listen up, I spoke with your Magic 1 teacher and we both deci-" before the teacher could continue someone rushed in.

Woah. He is... I didn't get to think anything further cause my thoughts were abruptly interrupted by the teacher "HYUNJIN! WHY ARE YOU LATE TO MY CLASS? WHERE WERE YOU?" Ugh! I swear she's loud as fuck, she needs to calm the fuck down. "Can you shut your hole? Im not that late. You old hags really need to chill jeez." the pretty boy said with a boring expression on his face.

Oh to tell you I was speechless was an understatement and surely so was everyone including the teacher. I could even hear a few gasps. "Hyunjin you can't talk to me like that. I'm still your teacher and I won't tolerate your rudeness, especially in my class. Go take a seat" the teacher said sternly.

Hyunjin just rolled his eyes in response and scanned the room. Shit! the seat next to me was the only one available. Hyunjin sighed and walked towards my desk and took a seat.
I tried not to look at him or start a conversation and I knew he was more than okay with it, I think he preferred it that way.

The teacher continued "Okay so as I was saying, we both teachers decided that your Magic partners for both Magic 1 and 2 will be the same and yes your bench mate right now is your Magic partner for the whole year.

"You got to be shitting me!" Hyunjin slammed his hand on the table before continuing "you can't team me up with a mere mundane for dad's sake! He won't be able to keep up with me". "Lucifer, I can and I will. You will teach him and be his mentor. Since your skill level is too high, you will help him with his abilities. Maybe spending time with him will make you less emotionless" the teacher said.

Wait..what? Lucifer? HE is Lucifer? Oh I'm fucked. Lucifer got up "Are you fucking kidding me? What if my grades drop because of him? Then what huh? Are you going to answer my father?" He was now fuming.

Oh hell naur, I don't wanna get on his bad side. I decided to speak "uhm teacher, I think it's best if you team me up with someone else. I don't want to be the reason for someone's bad grades" "Shut the fuck up and sit down mundane! Don't interrupt me!"

Jeez I was only trying to help him. "Language Lucifer! I don't care I'm not reassigning partners. Also talk respectfully, you don't get any special privileges in my class because of your father. I will speak to the King myself if I have to" damn the teacher was not here to play. Hearing that Lucifer sat down.

The teacher continued "so as I was saying, magic 2 is a bit advanced so the ones who are beginners and students who have failed magic 1, will have the assistance of their partners. We will be having group tasks and assignments too later on. For now focus on improving and mastering any ability you see fit. I will let you know more tomorrow. For now get to know your partners well."

Everyone immediately started talking to their partners. I looked to my side where Lucifer was sitting. I got a better look at him since he was sitting right next to me. He had long black hair that almost reached his shoulders, his cat like eyes, his sharp nose, his full plum lips were all so alluring. His beauty left me speechless. He was Ethereal. No being in this Universe would be as attractive as he is. He radiated Elegance, Confidence and Pride and im pretty sure he knows it.

"I know im handsome and all but can you stop staring at me mundane?" I snapped back to reality. Shit I was staring for too long. He closed the book he was reading and turned towards me. He looked at me as if he was waiting for me to say something. His gaze was so enchanting. "You know I have a name. It's Lee Minho." "I don't care mundane. Listen up, unfortunately we're partners and if you're the reason why my grades drop-" he leaned forward and whispered in my ear "I'll make sure you know what hell really feels like" and with that he got up and left.
